I've been going here for years for filler and Botox and will only let Suzanne touch my face!

I am extremely disappointed with both my results and the way my concerns were handled by Dr…read more Chapin. I originally consulted for a thigh revision to correct unevenness. I specifically requested liposuction multiple times, as my previous surgeon included it and it was necessary for symmetry, but Dr. Chapin told me it was not needed. It was not performed, and my thighs show no improvement. The extended incision now protrudes even more than before. I spent $3,500 on the thigh revision with absolutely no positive change. I also only agreed to the upper and lower back lift because Dr. Chapin strongly recommended them, assuring me they would significantly improve my contour. These were not procedures I sought out myself. After spending an additional $12,000, the results are extremely minimal and not at all reflective of what was described to me. What stands out most is how dismissive Dr. Chapin was of my concerns. From my very first follow-up, I expressed dissatisfaction, yet my concerns were brushed aside again and again. At my most recent scheduled appointment--where the office was already 20 minutes behind--I was told Dr. Chapin "didn't have time" to discuss my thigh issues and still perform scar injections, and that I had to pick one. This was a scheduled visit specifically meant to address my post-op needs, and being told there wasn't time to even discuss my concerns was incredibly disrespectful and invalidating. Anytime I pressed for answers or expressed that I was unhappy with the results, I was essentially told there was nothing that could be done and to "be happy with your body." This felt dismissive, minimizing, and completely out of line considering I had been raising the same concerns from the beginning and had invested significant money into procedures that produced little to no improvement. Because of the results and the way my concerns were repeatedly disregarded, I would not recommend Dr. Chapin to future patients. Photo attached to show my before and after. The photo speaks for itself. And these were the professional before and after his office took.

He is incredibly kind and funny, but more importantly he listens to your concerns and talks through everything with you. I told him I was in grad school and I felt like he truly cared - he would ask how it's going at every post-op visit. He's just a good person. On top of that though, he is a fantastic surgeon. My scar is a thin, faded, straight line now one year post op. My belly button looks natural. All of that is notoriously hard to achieve. I am so happy with my results. Dr. Chapin also PAID FOR MY UBER right out of surgery because I came to Doylestown from Philly and he knew I was a rather poor student. He didn't want me to worry about it while I was still groggy from the anesthesia. He is just a gem of a human, and an incredible surgeon. If you're debating on surgeons, I would recommend Dr. Chapin to anyone as a first choice. Lastly, his nurses are wonderful. Olivia doesn't work there anymore but she was the sweetest person I could've asked to take care of me (removing drains, assessing scars, etc). By the time all my post op appointments were done, she felt like a big sister to me. Thanks, doc. - Neet

I had to go in for a minor touch up after my lips were done, but that happens. Lips are not symmetrical by nature, so some tweaking may need to be done. I am happy with the outcome. Place is clean. "When Groupons and Treatment don't mix" can be the name of my review…read more.. I visited this spa over a year ago. I had a Groupon for a treatment, but unfortunately, my experience was far from positive. Irina refused to treat me because I had filler in my face, even though it wasn't in the area I wanted her to inject. Throughout the visit, she repeatedly mentioned that the Groupon price was "just a gift" to the customer, which struck me as odd since I'm familiar with Groupon and know how it works. Irina's tone was rude and abrasive, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. She then called Bobby-the manager to confirm that I wouldn't be treated that day, suggesting I come back when I no longer had fillers in my face. The manager offered me a "rain check" to return in a few months. While I understand that the provider has a right to refuse treatment, and I appreciated the offer, the overall experience left me feeling uneasy, and in the end, I decided not to return. The energy of the place didn't feel right, and given the many other options available, I believe there are better places where customers are treated with more respect and professionalism. It's always better to go to places where you feel valued and comfortable!

I eneded up going to a different derm and going through the horror of a potential melanoma biopsy (thankfully negative). Her reply says I had been late other times. This is NOT true. My teenage daughter once had a scheduling issue but never me. In any case, life happens. Whenever a patient reports a concerning mole as the reason they need to be seen, the Dr. should make it a priority. This is why surgeons and medical oncologists complain about dermatologists like Dr. White. In her reply, Dr White says they offer next day or same week emergency appts. for those who were turned away. Also not true. They did not offer me either. As far as cancer screening, all I can say is the other derm I saw subsequent to Dr. White was far more detailed, taking measurements and recording every single spot that looked remotely off. If Dr. White had done a more thorough check just 8 months prior and seen me despite my being literally 12 mins late, I could have avoided a terrible situation. I am not doing this to "bash" Dr. White, just letting the public know of my experience. As I said, her front office is kind and competent and Dr. White seems like a nice person. I'd be cautious about doing anything beyond cosmetics with her.
