Absolutely terrible experience that ruined my entire day. I came for a color appointment. The…read morestylist was great and did a great job but the way the rest of the staff treated me was unacceptable. I was told there was no time to dry my hair. I said no problem I can dry it myself as it is fall outside and is very cold. One of the stylists told me not a problem. I have very short hair it took me about 5-8 minutes to dry my hair. The entire time I was doing it I saw people snickering rolling their eyes at me and making faces. I thought maybe it was in my head. As I came to pay the same exact person that told me no problem blow dry your hair told me that I wasn't supposed to do that and next time I cannot do that like I was being cheap by drying my own hair. What I would have loved is for a stylist to dry my hair but I was told nobody was available. Should have probably been something that was discussed with me when I was booking the appointment in person. It is just sad and hurtful the mean girl attitude these women had. I will absolutely never be back. I think management should really reconsider how they treat paying customers that tip 25%. Thank you for ruining my day.

But since I moved, it was time to find someone closer (stupid tolls). Milan's came highly recommended by others who had fabulous hair so I thought that I couldn't go wrong. Making an appointment was easy. Super friendly and accommodating. They also asked all the right questions to get an idea of what I was looking for and pairing me with the perfect stylist. There was plenty of street parking (though I recommend using one of the parking lots because parking is 3 hours there and only 1 hour on the street). When I got there, I was seated right away with no wait time. Gina was my stylist and she did an amazing job getting the colour and cut I wanted. She was super friendly as was Milan and the others in the salon. I really could not rave about them all enough! My colour and cut came out perfect. Everyone's already raving about it. I highly recommend Gina, Milan, and the whole team. Everyone who walked out looked like they came out of a magazine. Definitely come here if you want to get your hair done RIGHT!
