It massages you during the entire process. They put something nice and warm on top of your belly and covers your feet too. You need to take your top off. I paid for a 60 minute service, i did not feel cheated on because it did feel an hour if not more. The massage was really good, it wasn't super hard and you will come out relaxed. It was a nice plus to have your hair blow dried. This is not a salon so calm down on if they cut or style, no they do not. The icing on the cake was them taking pictures & videos -- good ones too.
