The space is really beautiful and welcoming, and the staff are kind--I appreciated being greeted right when I walked in. That said, both times I've visited, I did end up waiting a bit past my appointment time, which was a little frustrating. The services themselves felt a bit rushed, and I didn't get the same level of attention to detail I've experienced at other places. I also noticed that the wax residue wasn't fully cleaned off afterward, which I personally prefer as part of the service. Lastly, there were a few areas that felt slightly incomplete, so I didn't leave feeling 100% satisfied with the results. Because of these issues, I don't think I'll be returning.

From my very first appointment, she has always made me feel completely comfortable and welcome. As a bigger girl, waxing, especially Brazilians and glutes, was something I was initially very nervous and self-conscious about. Monique has never once made me feel uncomfortable or judged in any way. She creates such a safe and positive environment that I actually look forward to my appointments with her. She radiates so much positive energy, has an amazing attitude, and is so easy to talk to. She holds a conversation effortlessly and makes the entire appointment feel comfortable and relaxed. While her waxing skills are absolutely amazing, her people skills are truly through the roof. Monique puts 110% effort into every service she provides and has incredible attention to detail. I never feel like she is rushing through an appointment just to get to the next client. She is also extremely knowledgeable about esthetics and skincare.
