Emily did the hair and makeup for myself and my two stepdaughters and it was perfect! I'm pretty low maintenance day to day and didn't want to look like I was done up, and when she finished I was glowing and beautiful but in a very me way. She handled a slightly more dramatic look for my older stepdaughter that made her happy but didn't look overdone (or too old!) Making me believe she is trust worthy throughout our conversation she talked about her credit rating so on and so forth. therefore, I trusted her with my Human hair that I had purchased for $1000.00 and gave her the money to create my unit for $470.00. However, immediately after she received the hair and money she began to change on me, the very next day. All of a sudden, her grandmother was not only ill but had died and she was now preparing for a funeral. Moreover, she couldn't provide the unit in the time limit we initially agreed upon as previously stated. When I began to clearly notice this was a ploy, I demanded my money and hair back. I waited in the shop for 8 hours until she came back at the end of the day. She was furious! She gave me the money back however she kept part of my hair. Keep in mind! I do not know this person. it was now dark, and she tried to go unnoticed. However, I demanded my hair back When I tried to reach out to get my hair, she tried to stab me with her scissors on the porch area; I immediately pulled my arm back! I left with part of my hair and all of my money back. I had to threaten to call the police. Most importantly, there were two other hair stylist(s) in the salon, who watched everything but did not say or do anything. She gave me a short bob, which was definitely a shock at first. I'll be honest, I didn't love it right away. But what really stood out is that she had zero hesitation about having me come back in. No extra charge, no weirdness.. she just wanted me to feel good about my hair. She tweaked the cut, softened things up, and now I genuinely love it.
