I had never gotten a brazilian wax before and decided because I was getting married, it was time to do it! I was so scared, but Neeru talked me through it and even though I was late coming to see and arrived 5 minutes before 6pm, she still waited for me despite her salon closes at 6pm. Great place to go for a Brazilian wax! I have been going to Neeru for this for as long as I can remember because of her great service! She is very flexible and accommodating with schedules - even taking last minute appointments or staying after the salon is closed. For customers new to waxing, she is very welcoming and talks you through the process making sure you're comfortable. She is very knowledgeable and experienced, showing you things to look out for between a good and bad job. She'll make sure to go with the direction of the growth (to avoid hair breakage and lift from the root), and will thread any stray hairs that couldn't catch from the wax. I've been going to Neeru and her daughters for threading and waxing for about 10 years now, I started back when I was 13 and now being 23, I still haven't come across anyone as good as them. Neeru is a gem of a person. My sister has been going to her for about 5 years. I just recently move from out of state and looking for a new stylist is always crazy scary for me. My mom just got her hair colored by neeru and we are more than happy to see her transformation. My mom had treatment that made her lose her hair and it grew back with mostly grey hair. I have been a returning client for the Brazilian Blowout. The first experience here with Neeru was wonderful, so I decided to return. My second treatment was scheduled with Neeru, however when I showed up, surprise! Her daughter informed me she would be doing my hair. Not only did this procedure not last as long as when Neeru did my hair, she also rushed through my hair because there was another client that showed up. When I contacted Neeru about this unprofessional handling of surprise rescheduling and also the Brazilian blowout she was defensive and I even have evidence of text correspondence. Although I am a strong supporter of local business, I will NOT be returning to this salon for any reason. This was unprofessional and also arguing with the client shows for money hungry this place is. I rather spend at a high end salon in Beverly Hills and be treated like a repeat customer than to be lied to and have a lackluster job done. I was asked to write a review awhile ago and I feel terrible about taking this late! I've come to Beauty Bazaar twice now and I love it. The owner is the sweetest woman and even though I was terrified the first time I went in for my Brazilian, Neeru was quick to calm me and explain the process. I wont say the procedure was painless, but it wasn't DREADFUL. And I was VERY satisfied with the results. It's MUCH better than shaving. Dear lord. And the second time I came it was cheaper which I was pleased with. :) That was the main reason I chose to come here in the first place; the cheap prices. And the second time was as bad as the first. Neeru is the sweetest woman. Although I do see how some people are concerned over the cleanliness of the facility, I don't doubt the salon and will be going back VERY soon. I recently moved to Diamond Bar and I was little nervous to go to a new beauty salon since I am very picky with how people make me stylish and also my hair. In Diamond Bar I found it very difficult to found a best hair stylist who could manage my black hair. I am glad I found beauty bazaar salon! Eksha is a sweetheart and LOVES to make people beautiful with hairstyles, makeup, and skin treatments. I went to get deep condition and relaxer and I left fully satisfied with her services! Normally my hair texture is coarse and dry and usually I leave the other hair salons with my hair competed straight, but it is dry. When Eksha was done with my coarse and dry hair, my hair was perfectly straight, glossy, smooth and unbelievably soft!! If I could give this beauty bazaar salon 10 starts I would!!
