I honestly don't even know where to begin because five stars doesn't feel like enough. Finding her…read morehas genuinely been one of the best things I've done for my skin. I originally came to her because I had a ton of milia, enlarged pores, and wanted healthier skin overall. I can honestly say my skin has never looked better. I don't break out anymore, my pores are noticeably smaller, and every single time I leave an appointment my skin is glowing. It genuinely looks like I have no pores when I walk out. Her extraction technique is unlike anything I've ever experienced. She's incredibly gentle but so thorough, and somehow I've never been left with scarring or unnecessary irritation. You can tell she's invested so much into her education and has learned techniques from all over the world because her work is on a completely different level. Beyond her talent, she's just an incredible human being. Every appointment feels like catching up with someone who truly cares about you. She gives the best advice, celebrates your wins, encourages your goals, and somehow always knows exactly what you need to hear. As a mom herself, she's also given me so much advice that's helped me through motherhood and pregnancy. I've walked in stressed more times than I can count and always leave feeling lighter, more confident, and with glowing skin. She has become so much more than my aesthetician she's someone I genuinely look forward to seeing every month. If you're thinking about booking with her, do it. She is worth every single penny, and I truly can't imagine trusting anyone else with my skin.

I've watched her journey from struggling with acne to achieving flawless, radiant skin--all thanks to Eti's magic. For myself, I had tried countless spas, facials, and estheticians but was never truly satisfied with the results. That all changed the moment I met Eti. After just two facials with her, my skin transformed in ways I never thought possible. Every visit leaves me in awe--my complexion is glowy, dewy, and more radiant than ever. Honestly, I feel like my skin is even better now than when I was younger, all because of the care and expertise she provides. Her approach is unparalleled. From her techniques to the carefully curated skincare products she uses, every aspect of her practice is tailored to deliver the best possible results. She is worth every single penny. Her space is intimate, beautiful, and serene, offering a luxury, one-on-one experience that surpasses even the most high-end spas. While large spas may offer extra amenities, Eti's personalized care and expertise provide results that speak for themselves. I recommend her to everyone I know--even my husband! I am beyond happy and grateful to be under her care, and I cannot say enough good things about her. If you're looking for truly transformative skincare, Eti is the one.

She's my fairy godmother of skin products. She was able to point out that my products were all wrong for my skin type (I thought I was oily but actually my skin was merely overproducing oil because it was dehydrated for the past decade) and that most of my "hydrating" creams and moisturizers had a shocking number of dehydrating ingredients like alcohol denat, sulphates, and others that I wasn't educated on. The ingredients in my products were counter-acting each other and she was able to see that my acne (tiny white bumps all over my face and eye lids) were akin to an allergic reaction to this bad combination of products. Brady has Marie Kondo'd my skin products and the products she recommended are a fraction of the price I was paying for Drunk Elephant, Caudulie, Sunday Riley, etc with all of the most beneficial ingredients. My skin is glowing because I've ditched sulphates and alcohol in exchange for squalane, hyaluronic acid and lanolin. Brady if you every read this, thank you for educating me! XOXO

Once I filled out my form and handed back the ipad, I waited a total of 5 min before I was greeted by another staff member who took me take photos of my face before putting in a glass surround corner exam room, mind you on the 9th floor on Wilshire in Brentwood right before Santa Monica. The views were excellent the room was well decorated, organized, with breathtaking views and nothing like a hospital exam room. I was then introduced to Nikki H. my injector, who seemed very courteous and welcoming. She asked me specific questions regarding what were goals with tox and then asked if i'd make certain expressions with my face so she can make her analysis. Immediately after she had the NP Lovely come in and review the treatment we agreed on. Once she came, set up her kit, then proceeded to stick me while I was talking to the NP. Funny thing I didn't feel a thing and it was seemless. Once treatment was completed Nikki walked me to the reception to schedule a follow-up and was incredibly kind. This isn't my first rodeo so to have an injector handle the procedure so delicately for me not to notice while I was in mid discussion, was excellent. Happy to say due to the ambience, staff, an amazing injector Nikki and timely service. I will definitely be going back to them soon. Thanks Skin by Lovely and Nikki H. (Injector)

I've been a patient at this dermatology office on and off for a few years, and I've generally…read moreappreciated the care. However, my recent experiences have left me quite disappointed, especially considering the sensitive nature of the services provided. In February, I decided to get a biopsy for a mole that was growing. The staff promptly took a sample for testing, which I appreciated. However, I was left without any follow-up regarding the results. I had to reach out myself to get the information, which I initially brushed off as understandable due to their busy schedule. Fast forward to my follow-up appointment on July 7th for another mole they had initially flagged. Again, they took a biopsy, but here we are over six weeks later, and I still haven't received any updates. I've tried calling, but unfortunately, I've reached out on days when the office was closed. It's disheartening that patients have to chase down their doctors for updates, especially when it comes to something as critical as skin cancer testing. The communication process needs significant improvement. While I really like the office's location and have had positive interactions with the staff, including Amber, who is always sweet and attentive, the lack of follow-through on biopsy results is concerning. In cases like these, timely updates should be standard practice to provide patients with peace of mind. I hope they can address these issues because I would like to continue my care here.
