I get to the register and the cashier rang the gel up for $50. I showed him the sticker on the tub and he rips it off and said "oh a customer put that there". It was clear that the sticker was not peeled off of another item and replaced by a customer. It was not wrinkled or anything, it was perfectly placed and secured on top. Furthermore, where would the customer get the stickers from and what customer do you know that's going to place a reduced sticker on an item and not actually purchase the said item? it was clearly marked by someone working at the store and the price should have been honored as it was their mistake. I will continue going right down the street to TISUN Beauty Supply, where I've been going!!!

This was honestly the best customer service I have ever experienced in a beauty supply store! He took the time to help me find what I needed and made the entire shopping experience feel welcoming and personal. The store also has a great variety of products, and I love supporting a Black-owned business in the community. Even if this location is a little out of your way, I highly recommend making the trip. Tryon so I decided to stop in. This store was literally (almost) perfection. They had everything you could think of for the hair, nails, lashes, extensions makeup, wigs- the list goes on and on. From the outside looking in - you wouldn't think this was a big store but once you step in- it is HUGE! The staff was really friendly / the wigs were quality. If your looking for a large amount of wigs - this is the place for you. There wasn't anything that I could think of that they didn't have. My only concern is that the prices here seemed to be higher than the prices at the other stores. I was specifically looking at a hot comb that seemed to be a little on the steeper side then other locations. However- I have to say - this store is beautiful I would definitely recommend coming here. FYI to the owners- there is literally no digital mark of this business anywhere on the internet. I am big on supporting black owned businesses, especially when they are women owned. Before I could even enter the door, I saw a sign on the door that required masks to be worn, I knew this was my place. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted and my family that did not have masks were given them. If I remember correctly, they did have to pay a dollar. We were greeted and asked if there was something in particular that we were looking for. My family members were actually looking for specific items. I always like to check out the crochet hairs. I was guided in that direction and they were assisted by the workers. I chose not to purchase anything at that moment being that I just wanted to check out the store. However, my family members did pick up a few items and they were even given some samples. They give a 10% discount if you are a student or emergency worker (fire, police,etc). The two images are from my August 2022 visit. The second time I visited, I actually needed some braiding hair. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by two ladies. They both greeted me and asked me if I was looking for anything and if I needed help. I said no, but I asked for the braiding hair aisle and one lady directed me to them (two aisles). I said thank you and started looking. The lady helping me asked if there was a certain color and length I was looking for. I told her and she directed me to a specific area. It was, indeed what I was looking for. She grabbed them for me and told me that she would hold them at the front while I continued to look through the store. The other lady asked me what style I am doing and if I needed any additional products and even lead me to a braiding gel. I found that very helpful being that sometimes I can forget about additional items. The customer service is AMAZING! This will be my "go-to" beauty supply store.

This store is located right off a main road (Tryon) and in between other small business with this plaza. There was nothing in this store I couldn't find - gel, weave, tons of wigs stuff for natural hair, products for permed hair - you name it - they got it!! On top of that , the lady (possibly owner) is super nice , super helpful and has a great rapport with every customer that entered the store. There's plenty of parking outside although it's somewhat of a tight parking section. However, the times that I've been there it's never been crowded. They even do eyebrows which I totally didn't know until I walked in. To be honest - the only reason I didn't give a full 5 stars is because the wigs can be a give and take - some were nice some looked raggedy. Overall, great store GREAT customer service to everyone !! Their prices are a little higher on some things like their body oils which usually run around $2.99, here they are $4.99. When shopping for anything you must compare prices! One other thing. The lady that's usually there during morning to afternoon is a pleasure to be around, the other 2 ladies not so much. One isn't very friendly, and I really don't think they speak or understand much english. Could just be my perception though... check em out, see for yourselves!
