This salon was alright at best. I got Shellac nails done here but unfortunately the quality of the treatment was the lowest amoung all nail salons I've been to so far, in that there was no buffing, cuticle work or much filing at all. The nail technician just brushed my nails over with the back of a nail file as if to "buff" them which was sore, and then just did the polish without any further nail work. I've been to other salons around Blackpool where they do a lot more nail work such as properly filing, buffing and cuticle cutting, and charging the same amount. The online reviews were good but I was disappointed with the quality of the treatment.
Another thing is that their opening hours seem incorrect; it says on the door and their website that they open until 8pm or 9pm Weds-Fri and until 3pm on Saturday, but when I went in they are actually only open from 9-5pm except Thursday, and close by 12pm on Saturday.
The staff were all very friendly, which leads me to give 3 stars, but incorrect opening hours on the site and treatment quality has led me to deduct 2 stars. read more
