This is probably the nicest but most expensive hair dressers in Leyland. It's over £30 for a cut. The don't just cut hair - they do massages, facials, make up and hair removal. They also do these things for men too. The girls in the shop are always very friendly and do everything that you ask them to do. read more

I had my hair colour and hair cutting done today i love my hair now and the staff was really nice

I was recommended to this salon by my friend and booked in for a colour and cut. The tw girls that looked after me were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them. The lady that was doing my hair asked me how I felt about my hair and offered some suggestions about colours and styles that she thought would suit me. She gave me a free scalp massage and someone even came over and gave me a hand and arm massage whilst I was having my hair blow dried - it was totally unexpected and I really enjoyed the whole thing. The stylist even redid my make up at the end with colours to suit my new look. I will definately be going back - it was worth every penny. They do massages upstairs and if the scalp massage was anything to go by - I know I will be in for a real treat. read more

This salon was recommended to me but I will not be going back. The "creative" stylist recommended and whom I had been been booked with cut my hair with a parting that exposed more of my "roots" and then asked if I minded that another stylsit blow dried because my firts booked treatment(a hair masque) had taken longer than anticipated. I wanted some bounce and curl and suggested using rollers which they didn't have but was told I would be fine with brushes, followed by tongues (which I have had this combo before so no criticism there) .I then asked for some fixing/setting mousse which I was told they didn't have . She went away and eventually returned with some gell already on her hands and I was more or less told that that may help but the hair would probably fall out any way.She appeared clumsy in doing my hair and left stray hairs out and left the fringe to be trimmed by the first stylsit who quickly blow dried my fringe-not at all as nice an effect as my usual hairdresses. There were strands at the front that hadn't been styled at all! No finshing with tongues as promised and no offer of finishing spray. I couldn't believe it when I was told I was finished! Perhaps I should have complained at the time but I find that sort of thing difficult. It was all very perfunctory and I did not recieve the level of individual care I have been used to by all the stylists its at my usual (much cheaper) hairdresser. Even the head massage was not as skillful/relaxing. On the plus side I was relieved after this experiment and that I won't have to change my allegiance and struggle to park near Heaven and Earth in Leyland! My hair looked a mess by the time I got home. Very overpriced no doubt because of the frills. read more
