Stephanie was great at giving advice on different styles and colours, how to style my hair afterwards, what would suit me and how it would turn out. Very enthusiastic and I loved the final results on all my visits so far, especially with the colour. The prices are similar to other Toni & Guy salons but cheaper than London and Tokyo. The Blackpool salon is nice and quite though, or at least whenever I go as I make the effort to go on a weekday morning or afternoon on a day off when everyone else is at work! They do a lovely head massage with a deep conditioning treatment mask and hot towel, which was lovely and very relaxing. It left my hair very soft after, especially after colouring. They have both the Yuko hair straightening as well as Nanokeratin, and retail Label M products. Also, there is a loyalty card to redeem points at any branch and free complementary fringe trims. The staff are nice, they also have a large range of products and GHD straighteners for sale. The prices are very reasonable and a 10% discount for NHS staff (must show your badge) is a nice bonus. The Works offers both Men's and Women's styling; it is a full service salon. There are places that may do a cut for a lot less, however, I was looking for a stylist and salon that could offer a more refined experience with attention to detail. When I arrived, my stylist greeted me on time and confirmed the services I was after before taking you to the sinks. Another salmon staff provided a relaxing shampoo and conditioner. The lady who cut my hair, Angelica, has worked independently for the shop for over 10 years. She was very friendly and my hair was just how I expected when she was through. Through default I ended up at Andres for a quick blow dry before a function, I was looking to…read morechange my hairdresser but as I'd always been a Tony & Guy/Saks girl I never would've looked twice at a small hairdressers like this, but I am so glad fate took me there. What a lovely, friendly bunch they are. Nothing is to too much trouble, within a couple of visits my drink preference was in front of me as I walked through the door, my family asked after and I have never recieved so many positive comments about my hair. An added bonus is the nail and beauty salon upstairs, massages, wraps, facials, manicures, gel, acrylic nails the list is endless. But wait, the best is yet to come... Their prices. In one fell swoop I went from paying £120+ for a colour cut and blow dry to well, let's just say I never pay more than a fraction of this and I have had more compliments than ever. Andy you are an absolute star, your staff love you and that filters through to the customer, an absolute pleasure to have become 'a regular'.

I have been coming to Norbreck 45 for several years…read more I actually travel down from Kendal as I have so much faith and trust in this salon, as does my daughter too. Friendly, busy, happy atmosphere. I am treated to coffee and a read and relax (can't get that anywhere else these days!). Salon cramped and dated and was pretty gobsmacking that they do no accept credit or debit cards! They should really make this clear u can draw cash out across the road but then on a credit card you are getting charged for this and just don't think this looks professional either. very friendly staff but not much else positive- sorry. maybe I just had a poor experience but I won't return again.
