Very rude and unprofessional. I walked in to get nails done and Kim said will take care of me. Someone else walked in, that knew her and handed a red envelope I guess a gift and soon she says I had an appointment at 4:00 with her so someone else will finish your nails. Then the worker proceeded to walk over to me and say this lady had an appointment with her and she will get to me tomorrow. As she lied straight to my face after I heard the whole conversation between them. The one that was going to replace was the one that messed up my nails last time. Service was so horrible. I am 60 years old never had this happen in my life very very rude unproffesional. Go elsewhere! I left extremely upset!!!!Never again!!!!! read more

Ariana was recommended but wasn't good. Rough. Burned my cuticles with some kind of polish. OVERPRICED. Charged me $65 for some dip power Not the color I wanted Was there 1 1/2 "Cleaned" my feet, but not smooth after. Usually after my feet are smooth and nice, after they did a rough not relaxing "pedi" they told me get my nails done, didn't paint my nails!!! Did my mani and told me go BACK to pedi chair. I had heard good things so I decided to check it out. I felt the pricing was pretty standard with other places. The color selection was a little less than other places but I was able to find something I liked. The reason for my low review is the girl who did my pedicure. She was a teenager and talked about herself to the other teenage tech next to her the entire time. She never stopped talking. She talked about moving out, clubbing, getting drunk, her admirers on social media, her excellent fashion sense... just all kinds of narcissistic chatter. I tried to ask her a question twice in a row and she didn't hear me because she was too busy talking about herself to the girl next to her. She did a sloppy job and actually ended up asking someone else to finish and they cleaned it up and made it look nice. After the other lady finished it up, I was pleased with the result. But I will not be returning because I don't want to end up with that young girl again. I couldn't wait to get out of there. read more

Beautiful nails...not so beautiful. It's not my typical place but I needed a pedicure and I don't mind spending extra on good services. It was 60 for the most deluxe with hot rocks and parrafin. So ok here I go. The water was lukewarm, massage didn't last very long at all, she really didn't scrub my feet for the smoothness I like, the hot rocks weren't hot. It just wasn't a pampering experience. What's worse is I go to pay the bill and she says IT'S $90. Not 60 for a pedicure like wtf. I didn't ever bother arguing. Just take my money but know that I'm never coming back here ever again! read more

I recently heard all their prices went up, most outrageous one is a regular acrylic fill, which last year, approx May-Sept 2021 they charged $17, NOW I was told it cost $26 for same thing --- $9 INCREASE --- that is 53% MORE!!! Also, if prices went up, so does possible tip!! It is noted prices had gone up on everything, but certainly NOT 53%. If you want to charge your customers More, you do so in smaller increments. I don't know if they just raised prices not realizing percentage, but this is robbery on every level!! The few people I know who had gone here, will no longer be returning & you shouldn't either!!! read more

My daughter had a manicure and pedicure. When the price was much more than the listed prices we questioned the charges. The owner became unprofessional and immediately started speaking in her native language. She said the charge for gel polish was an additional $20. Claiming her prices were much cheaper than NY City. The unprofessionalism was amazing. I would not recommend this salon to anyone. To be treated with respect is more valuable than whatever the price of services. read more

This was my first time coming here. The place seemed clean enough, and the lady who greeted me was friendly. I was initially seated with one lady, whose young son climbed all over her, so she passed me off to another tech across the aisle. After what seemed to be a realllly long time to soak off gel, the tech started filing. I was told to wash my hands, and with no warning was moved to another person across the aisle again. The end result is globby, patchy gel nails with brush strokes and pools of polish that ran on both sides. When I tried to state what my problem was, she just kept telling me it was due to the shape of my nail. I go get my nails done regularly, and even with removal and reapplication I'm done in 45 mins. This whole deal took an hour and a half. I've never had an issue like this. read more

I am extremely disappointed in this salon. I started going to this salon about 6 months to a year ago. They were good at first and I brought numerous friends with me to the salon. As time passed the service declined and the last two times were the worst. My last time there I asked if they had time for a manicure and pedicure. The answer was as always yes, pick your color. I waited for ten minutes after that and then was asked to come sit in the chair with my feet soaking. I sat for a half hour while my feet soaked. I asked if they forgot about me since someone who came after me got service first. I was ignored until I started to leave. I left with wet feet and no pedicure. This nail salon is in my neighborhood so I thought I would give it a try. I got a pedicure and a fill in with gel polish. The pedicure was very relaxing and I am very pleased with it. TERRIBLE customer service!! My mom and I kept going because it is cheap, but it is not worth it! They scream at each other in their native tongue frequently. I asked a question about pricing and was berated; the woman in charge yelled loudly saying she already told me the price and it was embarrassing! I saw a few comments in reviews here that weren't good, but thought I would give it a try anyway. I recently moved to the area and need a new nail salon. I have to say I thought this place was very friendly, and very interested in pleasing their customers! It's true that at most nail salons, the technicians will speak Vietnamese to each other, but I think that's mainly because not all of them speak English well. But every time the technician spoke Vietnamese to one of her coworkers, she apologized to me and made it clear that she wanted me to feel important. I also noticed that they have a cleaning schedule behind every manicure station, and everyone has their license and name posted. I really liked that. It shows me that they are very concerned with being a safe and clean and friendly place! The woman did my nails very well, and used my name often, and said she will remember my name when I come back! I do believe I will be back :-) read more
