I absolutely love going there as it is a simple, friendly place and very consistent with treatments. I always leave pretty satisfied and confident that in a couple of weeks they will text me to check if everything is ok, if I need any touch up, etc... basically follow up to make sure I am happy with services or if anything else is needed. I think that's a really nice service that they provide. I don't have the membership but have been considering since I go there with a certain frequency so it probably makes sense so I can save up a bit.

Extremely disappointed with my experience…read more I came to La Vida Med Spa in April specifically requesting Dysport. During my consultation, I was encouraged to try Jeuveau instead because it was on sale. I explained that I had previously tried Jeuveau for nearly a year at another med spa and did not love the longevity or the results, but I was still encouraged to move forward with it. I contacted the spa because I was already noticing movement returning in my face in the first 4-6 weeks and was disappointed with the results, especially after spending nearly $500. I returned because I was still unhappy with the results and wanted to achieve the outcome I originally came in for. At that visit, I was charged another $450+ to finally receive Dysport. There was no real accommodation offered other than being told it was "new client pricing." At this point, I have spent close to $900 in less than four months trying to get the results I was expecting from my initial visit. What is most frustrating is that I specifically communicated my concerns about Jeuveau upfront based on my previous experience, yet I still feel like my concerns were not taken seriously and absolutely ripped off. I also received a follow-up call from a manager after expressing my disappointment. Unfortunately, the conversation left me feeling dismissed. I was told that results vary from person to person and that there would be no reimbursement or resolution. The conversation also focused on the fact that I did not come in at the two-week follow-up, but there was no issue at two weeks -- the movement and concerns developed afterward. I understand that results can vary with injectables, but I expected better communication, customer service, and accountability when a treatment was recommended despite my expressed concerns. After spending nearly $900 and feeling like my concerns were more focused on generating another charge rather than ensuring I was satisfied with my results, I will not be returning.

Where do I even begin.... as I get older, my skin keeps changing and not for the better :). I have…read morebeen to different estheticians, many of which just wanted to upsell me on products that didn't work or Botox in places I didn't feel I needed it. Then came Derma Health. First, Bea... she is incredibly professional, kind, and an ARTIST when it comes to injectables. I use Dysport and my lines had never been smoother, not my eyebrows as well arched. Then I met Taylor, who has been doing my photo facials. She is such a wonderful, warm person who does an incredible job targeting the dark spots, the broken veins, and the rosacea. After the first treatment, I finally felt confident enough to not have to wear makeup out of the house and by the second treatment, I swear she took 5 years off my face! These are the two women who have made a huge difference in my life, though from the front desk staff to the rest of the people that work in the office as well, in their specialty fields, I suspect that I'd be met with the same kindness, professionalism, and knowledge that they possess. If you want the best care and reasonable rates, definitely go to them and no one else.

Overcharging me for my copay and it's been extremely difficult to get someone from the office to address it. The receptionist is unable to help and stated I have to call the billing office.
