I've done this for years so I knew what to expect. My hair has so many lowlights that I look like I dyed my hair. For some reason a second person cut my hair. She was very young and inexperienced. The cut was to go to my shoulders but is now 2 inches above my shoulders and very choppy. When she finished she just walked away to the cashier. She didn't show me the back or even ask if I was happy with the style. This experience cost me over $200. I gave them a good tip because when you don't people just think your cheap and not that your unhappy with your style. Now I know why I was able to get an appointment so soon. It's a shame.
