One word: Extraordinary!…read more Dr. Giraldo and his team portray an extraordinary amount of professionalism, knowledge, service, methods, level of comfort, advice, recommendation, compassion and understanding. I have been so extraordinary impressed! In December 2019, I went for an evaluation of my breast implants (placed @ 13 years ago) because I had a concern of the shape. Upon Dr. Giraldo's evaluation, he explained that the 'Tear Drop' shape implants turned causing my shape and size to change. It made perfect sense! Dr. Giraldo further explained all of the types of breast implants and the implants he would recommend for me. I mentioned to Dr. Giraldo that I work out and he advised me on some movements to customize and sport bras to consider. Talk about a plethora of information?!? I left his office with more information than I had questions! Needless to say, I couldn't wait to schedule my surgery! I'm about 3 weeks out now and really haven't missed a beat! While I am being super careful with my upper body movements, I'm back at the gym. Actually, I went back on the 15th day after surgery and back to work on day 7! My recovery has been unbelievably quick and my follow up appointments have all been good. Scaring? No worries here because, Dr. Giraldo has some good ointments to help! Yes. I would refer to my friends, family and anyone else. Yes. I will continue to follow up with Dr. Giraldo for years to come as I will always need a little cosmetic help. Yes. I do love my results, placement and size. Yes. Extraordinary location for me and love the small office atmosphere. Yes. 5 stars!

He treated me as if he didn't see what I saw (but of course he did because that was the reason I was there). I had my tummy tuck (apron belly removal) and 360 lipo and I cannot believe the difference, I literally get compliments to this day still asking who did my surgery (and were in September 2026)! I feel like a whole new person because of him and he's continued to be someone that I highly recommend, not only for his unparalleled skills in plastic surgery, but for his amazing and kind bedside manner and for his choosing a staff that follows suit in kindness and patience. He will forever by my choice surgeon for anything I may need or want in the future. He truly is a one of a kind surgeon and human. I'm blessed to have found him! *Special thanks to Brooke, Rachel, Angel and Karla*

TARA LEWIS - PUBLIC NARRATIVE Frisco, TX - Kenneth Smart, MD…read more| Frisco Plastic Surgery & MedSpa This is not a review. It's a record. I'm a Christian pastor, mother of three, and former TLC reality TV personality. I trusted Dr. Kenneth Smart not once--but twice. And both times, he failed me. I wanted to restore my 2009 breast results with ultra-high-profile cohesive implants and a full anchor lift to correct sagging. My husband and I outlined our goals in writing and confirmed them in person. We held the implants. We reviewed the plan. It was acknowledged. Agreed to. But Dr. Smart substituted different implants, skipped the lift--twice--and never reviewed prior surgical records. He reversed post-op photos to suggest "improvement" and omitted implant details from billing records. When we raised concern, he canceled our follow-up. Staff involved: * Rachel Schindler - Office Manager * Brook Anderson - Medical Assistant * Jaelea Lacey - RN None spoke up. None intervened. I now face a third surgery. My breasts are lower, deformed, and emotionally traumatizing. Dr. Smart's attorney offered $10,300 in exchange for a full release, gag clause, and non-disparagement agreement. We declined. Then published the truth. Patient reviews say the same: * Healthgrades (2022): "DO NOT TRUST HIM. Paid $20k. No lipo. Sagging skin untouched. Dismissed and refused revision." * RealSelf (2015): "Half-naked while he avoided eye contact. Cold. Arrogant. Didn't check for muscle separation." * Healthgrades (2020): "Five surgeons agreed I need revision. He ignored me. Left me in tears." This isn't isolated. It's a pattern. And it's now archived and public. Formal complaints filed. Media referrals begin Monday. I am Tara Lewis. A mother. A pastor. A woman who will not be silenced.

Nancy validated all of my concerns and actively listened when I told her about my struggles with acne. She doesn't just give you a skincare plan (anyone can do that). She gives you diet and lifestyle changes to consider and also gives you lists of ingredients to avoid in your hair, skin, and home products and in your food! I thought I was very conscious about my products and my diet, and then she politely steered me in a better direction. If you're looking for alternatives to anything, she can help you find them AND they will all be acne safe! In addition, if you have sensitive skin, she's your best bet. My skin is VERY sensitive and I have reactions to nearly everything!
