I waited a few minutes, which was not a problem at all. It gave me a chance to look at the beautiful salon. Kay came over and we discussed what I was looking for what I had done in the past and previous experience experiences at other salons. She was so knowledgeable and lovely. We did the colored strand test and then discussed the next steps. This experience was wonderful and for the first time in 48 years I had a stylist that actually listened to me.
