She was very informative with every step she took to make my brows look amazing. My makeup artist the day of the wedding asked me where I got them done because they looked so good. The place was very inviting and clean. The lady who took the payment was also very nice! The prices are very reasonable. It's also so easy to book an appointment on their website. Prices are listed online too so it's no surprise. I highly recommend Nova Wax Bar! I will definitely be a returning customer.

Cool, yet relaxed vibes at this place I have been with a group, to do manicures as part of a bachelorette party. Everyone's manicure turned out great and we were all really happy with the service. Great colours too! Our hands all felt nice and relaxed afterward. We were all offered beverages and they put on Bridesmaids for us to watch while we enjoyed a bit of pampering, which just added a little bit to the experience. I also had my very first pedicure here. I went with a friend and we both enjoyed ourselves with a bit of super yummy David's tea. Fabulous first experience, my toes were so sparkly and pretty after! I've also had my eyebrows waxed, which was a super quick and easy experience. I actually really liked the chairs they used for this service, they tilt all the way back and are pretty comfortable. Even though I was only going in for a super quick, 10 min service, they took my coat and offered me a drink. Overall great service from all members of staff and I love-love that I can book appointments online and even select who performs my service.

The salon Is clean and comfortable however where this salon lacks is in customer service and professionalism. I booked for a shellac pedicure and dip redo on natural nails. the tech broke 2 of my natural nails which is always upsetting as they take time and effort to grow. my nails were finished they were good but not perfect. After my nail service I was scheduled for a pedi with shellac appointment which I was suddenly told would not be happening because my nails took too long.i did not want to argue so I hesitantly said ok to. I sat down to get my shellac removed from my toes for no more than 3 minutes and was accused that it was dip and that it wasn't coming off. i was asked to "find somewhere else to go" and leave. bottom line I was rudely treated and sent away with my shellac chipped: peeling off on my walk home. very dissapointed In the way I was treated.
