Every person raved about how beautiful it was. The option to rent your decor and centerpieces was amazing and so handy not to have to separately buy, put up, or take down on your own!! Unfortunately the decor manager was frustratingly disorganized. But the rest of the staff was world class and fell all over themselves to be helpful. I can't think of a more perfect place to have a wedding.

Everything I rented from the venue was set up & ready to go the morning of my Wedding (stress free). They gave me a list of vendors for ideas. I ended using the bartender & security they had offered. The owners are absolutely amazing. They answered any questions I had at a timely manner, they let me change things constantly (I think I was changing things at rehearsal), they were there on wedding day for any help I needed. They are GREAT people. Kelsie (rental coordinator) is absolutely wonderful too. She helped & helped come up with ideas. She met us at there storage unit any time I asked. She let me add things and take off things without getting frustrate. She went with the flow and that was perfect for me. IF YOU PLAN ON BOOKING THIS VENUE DO IT WITHOUT ANY QUESTION. Wow! We had such a nice time at pirates cove and we didn't even do all the activities! We went…read morelater in the day to meet friends who were staying at Jellystone and we had to park near the jellystone entrance which was just a short walk. Once there we hung out on the smaller kid side and let me son have fun with the smaller slides. He really enjoyed the several options here, but the water pressure didn't always allow him to freely slide down the slides. He had to constantly push himself to keep going down. After a couple hours there we ventured to the bigger side where, to my surprise, my son was tall enough for just about everything! We hung out in the lazy river for awhile then enjoyed all the big slides as most of them had pretty short wait times. The attendants at the slides were all nice. It took awhile sometimes to wait for an inflatable or racing mat for two of the slides, but after you get one you go right away. I actually enjoyed all the stairs too - most of the slides on the big side share the same stairwell, which surprisingly didn't get too crowded, but I got over 15,000 steps for the day going up and down those stairs about 8 times so I appreciated that. It was a nice family place with options for entertainment! We saw that they also had an arcade that we didn't check out, but it seemed like a lot of people were having fun there too. I'd say people of all ages were having a nice time here, especially with the live DJ in the lazy river - so fun!!

Nay! Here be the verdict: - The pizza had a soggy bottom that would make a ship sink. - The burger was chewier than a sea monster's tentacle. - The nachos were surprisingly good, but hey, even a pirate can't mess up gas station nachos! -There is an arcade inside next to the food that is tons of fun and in the air conditioned building! Sodas: $3 with free refills - definitely worth plundering! The best part is the indoor, air-conditioned hideout. Perfect for escaping the blazing sun and resting your sunburnt bodies. **The Water Park:** - Price: Great value for yer doubloons - Lifeguards: Plenty, and actually doing their job. Some liked to just yell at the adults for fun I think. - Slides: A barrel of fun! - Water: Clean as the seven seas - First Aid:Quick and helpful, even fixed a bloody nose from a flying basketball (Arrr, beware the airborne balls of doom!) **The Bummers:** - Ye have to pay for a float for the lazy river, unless ye be lucky enough to snag a stray one floating by. - They have lockers ye can rent, but bring yer own lock and use it for free, savvy? At least that's what this pirate did. So, if ye be heading to Pirate Cove, pack your own grub, enjoy the refreshing beverages, DONT forget the sunblock and have a swashbuckling good time at the water park. Just beware of soggy pizza and chewy burgers, me hearties! #PirateLife #WaterAdventures #SunburntButHappy

Although the venue is relatively nice, our overall experience was poor and the staff were not helpful at all. Where to start... They asked us to have all of the beverages and alcohol there at 12 so the bartenders can prep and get set up. They didn't show up until 4 so all the beer was hot and we were there unnecessarily early. I also had several complaints the bartender was rude and they shutdown the bar without a last call or warning. The pool we were supposed to be able to use was full of algae. Nope! The chairs were set up for 250 people, we needed 140 and there was no aisle to separate the grooms and brides guests. When we requested the change, we were told we would have to do it and put the chairs back at the end of the night or be charged $1000. No soap in the bride's bathroom, flowers were dead at the pavilion, and be prepared to bring everything... If its not a table or chair you better have it because they don't. On a day like that, the devil is in the details and the details were lacking. Could have been a much better experience.

We had 9 people to style full hair and makeup for a 5:30 ready time yet they wouldn't allow us into the venue until 1pm.... Even if we rushed that is an impossible task and left everyone in the room panicking and rushing. The joy of the big day was ruined by their poor and unprofessional timing for this wedding party. Set up should have been at least halfway don't the night before and whoever needed to sleep in should have been up and letting us all in that morning. I've needed venues open by 6-8am many times and they make it work. They don't book the party, set impossible timing goals and not allow the party to be in until mid afternoon! They didn't even allow time for touchups. I hope I never have to work this venue again unless they start thinking about their guests and make their expectations more reasonable to my sweet brides can be relaxed, comfortable and happy.

It felt like a venue from Tuscany. You can tell they take pride in their landscaping as it's beautiful all the way around from front to back. Greenery everywhere, flowers, water running-everything you'd want for a wedding. They have two places where your ceremony can take place-outside back by the forested area or in the courtyard. Both beautiful areas but the wooded area was a DREAM. The sun shining through the trees and the long pathway down to the altar made it stunning. There was plenty of seating for everyone too. We did use the courtyard for cocktail hour, and it was such a good space for chatting, relaxing, and photos!! The inside was also Beauuutiful! A very large room surrounded by big glass windows. They set everything up for us and made each table look so elegant and beautiful. The staff did a wonderful job. The bride's suite was also Unreal!!! The most gorgeous getting ready space with plenty of mirrors and outlets. It has your own personal bathroom, kitchen area, and lounging area. It made the day even that more special! The groom's suite was smaller but still nice with a nice TV as well. Our experience with staff was also great from start to finish as well. Overall, this space is absolutely incredible. I would get married here if I lived here!!
