My heart is breaking to learn of the passing of owner and lead florist Amy Walling. Our family has used this florist for more than 50 years! I went there today to get an anniversary bouquet, and found that the shop has been closed permanently. RIP sweet Amy! read more

Windy is SO talented! She designed an absolutely breathtaking bouquet inspired by some photos I brought in and I cried the second I saw it. The vibe, the colors, the unique flowers...she totally nailed it. Thanks for making the perfect centerpiece for my special day, Windy. Photos by @kellyiswilde (IG) read more

EVERYONE in this shop is awesome! During prom time, I called in a panic needing a corsage set for my son. To complete the order I talked to 3 different people three different times. Each of them was kind, respectful, patient and understanding. It was like talking to an old friend. When I picked up the finished project I was impressed with the creativity, the awesome customer service and such a positive place. Its sad that I have lived in the neighborhood over 7 years and we've had this jewel of a place right up under our noses. It is evident that management is wonderful because its reflected in the staff. Thanks to you all (forgive me for not mentioning all the names) for providing superior service! read more

Beautiful arrangement. Made the delivery same day on short notice. Great customer service!

These people know nothing about quality. i had someone name Windy do my boqute and I usually never complain m, but it was the worst service I've ever received and the ugliest arrangement... I never thought you could arrange flowers to look ugly. These people are the worst. I highly suggest Broadway Flowers or Flowers in Fight! read more

For valentines day I got my GF a gorgeous bouquet of roses. Price was super legit and they were absolutely gorgeous. I walked in and picked them up. They were super friendly and funny. I brought them to my GF at work and she almost fainted. All the gals there were like oooooooooooooo and it made my GF feel so special. Because they were literally the most gorgeous roses and set up so perfectly. Other than out of state deliveries, Beaumont Florist is it for me. Great job here. read more

This was my first time ordering flowers for a friend in Portland! I am currently in Alaska. I called hoping they could do a same-day delivery and they squeezed me in! This shop was so accommodating and so sweet! They even texted me a picture of the bouquet for my friend and it exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love the arrangement and their pricing is very fair for what you get. Thank you so much again Beaumont Florist! Sent some flowers to my daughter to celebrate a happy event. I'm many hours away so had to rely on them to send what we wanted without being able to see the flowers. We were very pleased with the result! The bouquet is beautiful and included some requested flowers that are hard to find right now (due to time of year and Covid). My daughter and her partner loved the flowers and the delivery was done as we requested. Super nice staff on the phone. All in all excellent experience and we will use them for future Portland flower needs. read more

I would not recommend nor will I ever use this florist again. The arrangement that I ordered, looked nothing like the delivered arrangement. When contacted, the owner, Amy, stated that the arrangement that they put together, and then delivered, was as ordered and refused to remake or refund the order. read more

We picked Purple Rain and opted for the Deluxe version which was supposed to have more flowers than the Standard. The bouquet that our friend got had only 7-8 flowers and was heavy on the greenery. Very disappointed! read more

Thank you Beaumont Florist! I needed a last minute same day flower delivery and they came through for me with a gorgeous arrangement. Mai Flowers Bill. My first time with a review and it is BAD!!!!!!! Flowers were sent to me by my daughter that lives out of town. The flowers were wilted, the lillies were old with brown around the outside of the flower so you can see they were old when they were put in the vase. They won't answer their phone. This place needs to be pushed out of business. I don't like to complain but my daughter doesnt have much money and she spent plenty on this bouquet. Dont waste your money on Mai Flowers Bill. read more

I was so excited for my mother to receive a lovely bouquet of purple-toned flowers, but was heartbroken when she sent me a picture of what she received. I understand that sometimes an order might not look like the picture online, but I did not pay $100 for a simple bouquet. This is my third order with Beaumont Florist (the first two went about the same) and I continue to be let down. read more

A very beautiful arrangement was delivered to our porch by mistake late in the afternoon (NE vs SE on the address). We called the store to let them know what happened and they very kindly asked us if they could come pick it up. They explained the intended recipient's 50th birthday was that day and they didn't have the flowers left to remake it that day. We gladly agreed and the delivery person was very nice when she came back by. To our surprised, another small but beautiful arrangement was delivered to our house the next day with a note thanking us for calling them the previous day. While we didn't do business with them for this review, I was very impressed by the way they handled the situation. They were so nice and definitely went out of their way to show us their appreciation. And on top of that, that flowers were beautiful and well arranged. We will definitely be using them going read more

I ordered blush roses over the phone from CA to be delivered to my daughters home on a specific date, so friendly & helpful. They arrived as ordered (I happened to be there and saw them in person) and were absolutely beautiful, wrapped lovely & individual water tubes were attached to each rose. Just picked up my valentines bouquet that i pre-ordered for $50. It looks like about $5 in flowers in a cheap vase. I was blown away when i saw it. The flowers seem smaller than normal too and a few days old looking. I definitely won't be going back here again. I went to whole foods and picked up $5 in flowers to fix my bouquet. Great service--super friendly and pleasant smiles. It's clear the ladies working at Beaumont Florist enjoy what they do and it shows. Seriously, everyone who walked into the shop was greeted with the same sincere, "May I help you." It's so refreshing when a place actually lets you know that your business is appreciated, and it's even better when you walk out the door feeling like you got your money's worth. I had no idea what kind of arrangement to get my wife for Mothers' Day. All I could say is that she loves tulips and lilies. I don't know a crocus from a carnation. The florist simply asked me how much I wanted to spend and went to work, whipping up a gorgeous arrangement in minutes. The quality of the arrangement and the superior service gets Beaumont Florist a five star rating--and my repeat business. I'll definitely go back the next time I need some flowers. read more

Beaumont Florist - They captured what I hoped for perfectly! Cost around $50 with delivery! What a deal!! - Florists Near Me - Portland, Oregon

After much deliberating/online searching, I chose Beaumont Florist to deliver some flowers to my mom for her birthday. I knew I wanted a local florist and a bouquet that was relatively inexpensive (it's damn hard to find any decent flowers for delivery for under $40, I found) and wasn't tacky or filled with "filler" flowers (carnations and such). My mom works at an elementary school near Beaumont Florist and it turned out to be an excellent pick. My mom loved them, and said they just got better in the few days after delivery. Nice to find flowers that don't wilt within 24 hours! I asked for morning delivery and they got them to her before 10 A.M. Delivery is $8.95, which is a tad more than most, but it's made up for by the fact that they have nice and affordable bouquets to deliver (whereas other places it seems jack up "delivery" bouquets but deliver for "free"). Well done, Beaumont Florist! P.S. I got the "Dazzling Dahlias"-- beautiful! read more

I love supporting the local businesses in Beaumont/Fremont so when I needed some floral for a baby shower, I called them first. Called one week in advance to place a order, great service on the other end. The day of I go to pick up my order and they told me it was missed the night before. No call to tell me not to bother stopping in or letting me know ahead of time the mistake that had been made. I was on the was to the shower last errand to pick up the floral only to find out it was never ordered. I found the whole experience unprofessional and disappointed in the service. They did call Safeway once I was there to see if they could fill my order, it just defeats the purpose of supporting local businesses and the lack of communication and extra stop caused problems to my day. read more

My friend from elementary school recently lost her mother. Wanting to send her some flowers, I first thought Costco. Reliable, well priced, bouquets looked good. But as I read reviews, I decided against it: too many 1 stars with reviews of terribly dead flowers upon arrival, etc. AHA moment! In this time of pandemic and CV-19, how about pumping some money into local economy??? Did some research using yelp, google maps, and a slew of florist websites and landed on Beaumont Florist. So glad I did!! Their website has a "designer's choice"... kind of like asking a bartender "surprise me". Got on the phone with them and had the loveliest conversation with Sonya, the owner. She listened and advised and when I asked if she could text me photos of the bouquet, she obliged. She told me what flowers she had received that morning, which were freshest. Went over the feeling I was trying to convey, etc. When I received photos of the finished bouquet, it was spot on, perfect. Fits the mood I was trying to convey to my friend and took into account that I mentioned I wanted something delicate, not something that would take up a lot of room. Made sure that none of the plants would be unhealthy for my friend's kitty and she also included a hydrangea that has yet to bloom, which I love... that way the bouquet will live for a while. Great price too and most of all, knowing that I'm helping a solopreneur's business during this time and pumping money into the local economy, rather than a big business... icing on the cake. Thank you Beaumont! read more
