They used old roses. The roses wilted and fell off the mother's wrist corsage. Was able to replace with a rose from another wedding. The roses from the center pieces wilted the following day. The arch was beautifully done but not sure if it lasted as it remained at the venue. Should have used a better florist. read more

We didn't get a chance to meet her or do an in person consultation since we were planning from Chicago, so I was a bit nervous signing up initially. I never should have worried! I feel so fortunate to have found Audrey on Yelp! I did not do much in the way of floral for my wedding, but I was particular about the pieces I wanted. Audrey crafted a bridal bouquet, my bridesmaids' flowers, corsages for the matrons, and boutonnieres for the men. The price was excellent, and the flowers were beautiful. I could not have been more pleased with my bouquet. It was even more beautiful than I had anticipated. Audrey was very responsive and eager to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. I was very busy (with graduation, wedding, etc. all falling in the same time frame), so we did all of our communication using email and photos. While this is not Audrey's typical way of planning, it was what I needed. I had never ordered flowers for delivery before so I didn't know what to expect. I suppose that, having no expectations, it would be hard to be disappointed but I couldn't have been more pleased if I'd gone in expecting the moon! I called close to a week ahead of time to check on the particulars and ask a few questions; could I provide my own card? Could I include a gift to be delivered along with the flowers? The answer to both questions being "of course!". I returned the day before my friends birthday with card,gift and ipad with pictures for inspiration in tow. Audrey was just GREAT- she looked through my inspiration photos, made suggestions about flowers which would achieve the look I wanted AND work with my budget and didn't even seem to mind that I cut her lunch short! She even texted me a photo of the flowers when they were about to go out for delivery. The arrangement itself was WOW- low, lush, dense, modern and very elegant. What I didn't get a sense of from the photo was a the sheer SIZE of the bouquet- gauging from my friend's response- close to two feet wide and a foot tall! I'm so glad that I found this little shop- thanks yelp and thanks to Audrey! My friend's birthday was more cheerful than he'd planned and I'm no longer a complete noob at ordering flowers; Now I'm the sort of person who has a regular florist because I'm now a loyal flower temple customer! read more

We received endless compliments on the florals at our wedding and will definitely refer friends to them. The wedding gods were grinning ear to ear the day I found Flower Temple Designs on Yelp! My partner, now husband, and I thought we were ever-so-clever by choosing "Pearl and Pewter" as colors in a sarcastic tribute to Julia Roberts' "Blush and Bashful" from the movie 'Steel Magnolias'. Sadly, Mother Nature is not particularly enamored with the color gray! But Audrey combined mini calla lilies, white roses, and white hydrangea with brunia and dusty miller to create a stunning combination of gray and white; a combination which our guests raved about! The fact that Audrey has a degree in Fine Arts - Sculpture and a love of flowers surely guarantees that her final product will be SPECTACULAR. I had asked Audrey to please stay for our ceremony and reception at The Old Church on October 2 because I felt that she had, in a very short period of time, become a friend. After making sure all the flowers were arranged, placed and pinned appropriately, she joined us for a portion of our very special evening event. Wonderful to work with, kind, patient, artistic and sensitive, Audrey will go WAY above and WAY beyond to ensure absolute client satisfaction. What a wonderful little store! I just got off the phone from ordering a plant for my daughter's birthday and couldn't be more pleased. The gal who took my order was helpful, creative and made wonderful suggestions. In addition to the plant I ordered, she suggested adding live flowers in bright, fall colors.
