Our venue was a blank canvas and the only decorations we really had were our florals. Simple Florals created an absolutely stunning wedding. We had numerous guests come up and tell us it was the most beautiful wedding they had been to. That is 1000% attributed to Monica and Meredith. They were very patient and dedicated to understanding what we wanted. Their communication was key in making us feel confident in their abilities. The result turned out even better than we ever could have imagined. I only wished I lived in Miami so I could grab a drink with Meredith!

She watered them daily and followed every care instruction, yet they faded faster than grocery store roses. When I reached out, the company offered only 10 percent off a future order, implied I hadn't watered them, and replied with sarcasm. They even sent me a screenshot of ChatGPT to justify how long flowers should last instead of taking any responsibility. This was some of the most unprofessional communication I've ever received from any business, let alone one claiming to be "luxury." Maybe they should use ChatGPT to learn how to provide better customer service. Do yourself a favor, and shop elsewhere for better products & better service.

I moved away from Miami and moved to Ohio back in the very beginning of 2020. It wasn't until…read morerecently I went on vacation where I was back in Miami. I visited family, but i also made sure to go to Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Cemetery where i have my aunt, grandparents and sister buried. I was running behind schedule after a disaster of renting a car and then spending a bit to much time with some cousins. It was an hour from closing time at the cemetery and I was driving as quickly as possible to the cemetery. I did not have time to get flowers from a flower shop and was hoping there would be one inside. Thankfully, The Flower Shop at Out Lady of Mercy was there. It was closing time for them and they stayed open to sell me the flowers. They still took time cutting the stems and wrapping it up for me. I was very happy and appreciative they did this. I was then able to put flowers on the graves of my loved ones and spend, a little time with them. If you need flowers for anyone at Our Lady of Mercy Catholic Cemetery in Doral, its pretty convenient to get it from here.

A few months ago, my company had a successful test performed on a handheld UVC device that was…read moreproven to kill the coronavirus in 8 seconds from 5'. This was a breakthrough discovery and something that needed to be introduced to the Cruise line industry immediately. We were referred to a specific Captain with Celebrity Cruise line. It was very important that our test literature make it directly to his desk. I figured the best way to do this was to send flowers. So, I looked online at local florist's and discovered Anthurium Gardens Florist. I liked their Zen floral arrangement and called them to see about delivery. I spoke with Evelyn and explained that I would like to mail them my literature and then have that accompany the flowers to the captain. She understood and was very astute and accommodating in helping me achieve my goal. I sent them the marketing material along with the contact information of the captain. But they ran into a problem. The captain was not at the headquarters and the project came to a standstill. I thought "oh well, it was worth a try" and figured I would have to try another tactic. But unbeknownst to me Ruben and Evelyn continued in their efforts to locate the captain and make the delivery. I was so surprised when they called me last week and told me they had located the captain and talked with him directly. They got his home address, his wife's phone number and went way over and above their obligations to help me. They made the delivery to the captain's home and the next day we got an email from the captain telling us how much he and his wife liked the arrangement, thanking us for the information and that he would be forwarding to the cruise lines technology qualification team. This kind of service from Ruben and Evelyn is really extraordinary. Their actions may have literally help save the Cruise Ship Industry from the ravages of Covid and assisted in brining a new technology for fighting future pandemics to the world. Words cannot express my gratitude and amazement for them. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!!
