You get 8 workout sessions (each 1 hour long), meal plan and home workouts for $125. In this particular program you could choose between a 5am or 7pm session on Tuesday's and Thursday's. The evening option is great for me as I cannot do mornings - at all - ever - nope. On my first day I wanted to walk out during the warm up - it was so hard. Six laps around the building and 10 bur-pees in between each lap. The other boot camp attendees help cheer you on and support you. We did some partner work and individual stuff and always hit abs. Every time I am satisfied that I received a great workout, super sweaty and sore as all get out the next day. If I can end up with half the body that trainer/owner, Britney, does I will be over the moon. I cannot wait until her next 21 day challenge with a PM option. Highly recommend - she also does $15 drop in's on most classes if you call/text her ahead of time and payment is easy because she takes PayPal. Call her today! :D

This man and his wife are both noticeably overweight, she sits at the back of the gym playing on her laptop while drinking soda from a giant plastic BigGulp jug and snacking, and he sits at his desk eating junk food. He spends his time interrupting people to tell them they're doing their workouts wrong while proclaiming to be NASSM certified. Hey, that's cool, is that why you're so in shape? Because last time a checked, NASSM didn't stand for National Association of Slovenly Slacker Managers. Get real!! If my husband ran a gym, my ass would not be getting fat behind a computer. Don't broadcast your certifications, or run a gym for that matter, if you don't take care if yourself. Shoving donuts in your face and telling people they're doing something wrong is not the right message you wanna send to your clients. Pathetic. Also, he's a pompous dick.

I have been at the pool the last 3 weekends (4 Xs total) this Summer and it is truly 5 stars! The check in is super easy. I paid $5 each time (a discount for C.Hill) residents as well as your guest. They do take cash or card which is convenient. The line is never long, really non existent most of the time. Parking is a breeze especially if you get there for open swim which begins at 12 noon. The majority of the lounge chairs are shaded and you don't have to worry about anyone taking/moving your belongings as you enjoy the water. The lazy river is extremely clean and well kept and the floaties are in abundance and FREE! Everyone is respectful in the pool! At any given time there can be newborn babies to the seniors and every age in between so being courteous is just as important as having fun! The music is great too! They play EVERYTHING including Spanish songs on Cedar Hill Tunes. There is one lazy river, one slide which is so much fun and never a long line, as well as a larger pool that is wheelchair assessable too. It was in this pool that my BF taught me to swim this Summer so the Cedar Hill Lagoon will forever be memorable to me! They also have about 7 cabanas that you can rent out for your private event. The bathrooms have great air flow and are pretty well kept with no trash on the ground an I definitely appreciated the cleanliness. They also have showers too. The lifeguards are also professional and they appear to have fun too. There is food available if you get hungry. A CH police officer does make his/her round at the pool too so it definitely makes you feel safe an at ease. I hope the Lagoon continues to be a fun, clean, memorable place for my future summers!
