You get 8 workout sessions (each 1 hour long), meal plan and home workouts for $125. In this particular program you could choose between a 5am or 7pm session on Tuesday's and Thursday's. The evening option is great for me as I cannot do mornings - at all - ever - nope. On my first day I wanted to walk out during the warm up - it was so hard. Six laps around the building and 10 bur-pees in between each lap. The other boot camp attendees help cheer you on and support you. We did some partner work and individual stuff and always hit abs. Every time I am satisfied that I received a great workout, super sweaty and sore as all get out the next day. If I can end up with half the body that trainer/owner, Britney, does I will be over the moon. I cannot wait until her next 21 day challenge with a PM option. Highly recommend - she also does $15 drop in's on most classes if you call/text her ahead of time and payment is easy because she takes PayPal. Call her today! :D

From Mansfield to Cedar Hill: A Game-Changer…read more I made the switch from 24 Hour Fitness in Mansfield to Crunch Fitness in Cedar Hill, and it's been one of the best decisions I've made for my fitness journey. At 24 Hour Fitness, the gym was overcrowded, not well-maintained, and many of the machines were either broken or run down. I got tired of the constant frustration and decided to give Crunch Fitness a try since it was a brand-new location--and I couldn't be happier! The facility in Cedar Hill is everything I wanted and more. It's incredibly spacious with a modern layout, so even during busy times, I never feel cramped or like I'm waiting forever for equipment. They have so many squat racks, machines, and free weights that there's always something available no matter what kind of workout I'm doing. What I love most, though, is the sauna. It's such a great addition and has become a big part of my post-workout routine. It's clean, well-maintained, and exactly what I need to relax and recover after a tough session. So far, my experience with Crunch Fitness over the past couple of months has been nothing short of fantastic. If you're looking for a gym with plenty of space, equipment, and great amenities, I'd highly recommend giving this location a try!

I've been coming here for a while now and it's never been accurate in informing me when there is not a huge crowd inside. Want the gym alone? Be here before 6 am or after 9 pm. Anything in between is a mistake. Due to the overcrowded nature this gym is constantly in, you're going to wait for a machine, a bench, or a wait every single time you go to this gym. They have a tradition cleaning station with dispenses paper towels and two spray bottles places appropriately across the gym. You know what would make this a huge success? If the staff kept paper towels in the dispensers and disinfectant in the spray bottles. The women's restroom IS in fact always clean. But the soap is constantly either out of order or not filled to pair with faucets that drip sprinkles of water on your hands extending your hand wash experience by four lengths. The staff has previously been grossly mismanaged with members of the team trained in different manners with different expectations, different methods of managing issues within the gym, and different forms of communication. Passive aggressive behaviors have left me actually hating the staff here. You will wait for staff to finish chatting each other up to get checked in for amenities. You will have to scan multiple times for their lack of. You will have to deal with them not doing their jobs but being stacked on the front counter not offering welcomes or goodbyes because they're consumed with socializing. Including constantly seeing off work staff hanging out behind the counter and distracting the members who are actually on the clock. If it were because this gym has amenities other facilities down in the area I would not give this gym another cent of mine. The location near 635 and 75 in north Dallas is a beautiful facility with a friendly staff.

I intentionally drive out of my way to visit this gym, despite having a Planet Fitness nearly 10 minutes closer to home, primarily because of the sauna. Unfortunately, the sauna has become consistently unreliable. This week alone, I've made five separate attempts to use the sauna, only to find that it has been closed for repairs the entire week. And this isn't the first time. Since joining this location, I've experienced multiple instances where the sauna has been unavailable due to maintenance issues. To be fair, the staff has been pleasant, and the equipment is great. My frustration is specifically with the ongoing sauna issues. It's disappointing to pay for a membership that includes certain amenities, only to repeatedly find that one of the main reasons you chose the gym isn't available. I understand that maintenance and repairs are sometimes unavoidable. However, when it becomes a recurring issue, it starts to affect the overall value of the membership. I genuinely enjoy EoS and would prefer to continue coming here, but if these issues persist, I'll seriously have to reconsider whether keeping my membership is worthwhile. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and works toward a more permanent solution. I know there are many others who share my dissatisfaction with this issue.
