I have been to 3 classes so far and loved each and every one! The studio is so clean and welcoming; the colors, the decor, the people, it epitomizes everything a high end yoga studio should be but without the snooty people or high price. I will continue to make the drive as I have never felt so comfortable in a group setting let alone a fitness environment!

The flow was slow, challenging & allowed me a few opportunities to hold & meditate in the poses. She was super knowledgeable about the poses & the different parts of the body they impacted. I loved that she read the room really well & modified her poses to suit it. She was very considerate & caring for all yogis in the room. I've already attended a 2nd class. The place it's clean & inviting. Only thing I want is more available days & evening classes. Everyone should experience Aura House! Update: Owner replied to my review! After going for not a full month they announced they were closing and transferring us to their other gym. Which happens to be 9 miles away. So they won't break my contract bc their policy requires for the gym to be outside of 10 miles. The only reason I came to this gym is bc it was less than a mile from my house and now I wasted so much money. I did really like the gym before they announced closing. I feel like they should have disclosed that they were closing for locking me into a contract. That's super shady.

It's so refreshing and pleasant and non competitive! Working out together is a treat and it's a plus that I can workout WITH my baby in tote and not put off exercise because I don't have childcare. Our instructor, Krysisha, was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked in the door, I felt her energy. She greeted us with the biggest smile, and her positivity was truly contagious. She made the entire class feel welcoming, encouraging, and empowering. The studio itself lives up to its name, warm, calming, and inviting. I went with two friends and my cousin, and we all left feeling good, worked out and uplifted. It honestly felt like a little escape from the day. Zen, the owner was amazing and down to earth. I love that it's a black owned AND woman owned business that offers this service so close to home. Highly recommend!
