I brought in my 2016 Highlander in for paint correction, a polished finish, a longterm seal to maintain the finish, and to tint the front windows. All my objectives were met in an afternoon. The finish is mirror like and shinier than any finish I've ever seen-They even put sealer on the headlights. He explained that I would be contacted in 48 to 72 hours to explain the process. I received text message from Hayden to go to your preferred body shop to get a quote for the repair. He explained they would bill Waves directly. A day after I dropped my vehicle off for repair I received an email the day after explaining Waves would not cover the repair to fix my new vehicle. Employees of Waves are making inaccurate statements so they don't have to cover the damage their equipment caused.
