To all first time buyers and Investors! Ray is lousy Inspector and even I as buyer and Investor ask him a question doesn't Justify his Lousy Inspection, He went under Foundation to check water leak from Kitchen to crawling space but he didn't crawl to check foundation footing which is more than ten under this subject house, there is no Picture of foundation to show which foundation is defective or need enforcement or which one are good or if the wall needs retrofit plate or foundation needs to be reinforced and retrofitted, pure lousy job! furthermore he didn't go to check all Rafters underneath of Roof and told me it was hard to go, he is there for easy Inspection and easy money! Ray didn't provide me In report condition of Mold in House In Bed room Ceiling and even I have it in Writing he said code on code " this inspection was not Mold Inspection" but any Inspector would point that out ,,, I do Real Estate Investment for 27 years and never seen any Inspector this Lousy and pushy to Collect money for defective Report, he even Threatened me that he will put Mechanic Lien on seller property If i don't pay for his Defective report he is unprofessional in his Inspection and collecting his payment. I have more than six harassing emails to collect the payment and even when I responded I attached a picture of his payment system error message that shows that I couldn't pay my payment and he told me call his company to pay payment and he has no company, every error message for payment had his number and I did not want to talk to him after all harassments. I hire inspector in LA and they go under Roof and foundation and document which Rafter or Foundation are defective and if the Foundation needs to be reinforced or retrofit to be secured, there is no picture in his report to point to defective Foundation footings , even for Rafters under Roof he told me he didn't check both side of Roof Rafter because was difficult for him to go and inspect it , how it possible one side Rafter inspected and other side is hard to inspect, they both have same room that he could walk around and they have same height , this is part of his Lousy Inspection to cut corner and make quick money. again he has no Staff ,, this guy acting like he has company but he is working by himself with out any staff to collect payment and resolve issues. he is Lousy Inspector and when he get caught he keep pushing for collecting payment ,,,and THREATENING TO PUT LIEN on subject property, for him everything is money and not the fact do a good job for first time buyer or Investor, I'm investor and even if I'm buying the house as it is doesn't justify for him to do Lousy Inspection, If I didn't care about condition of house and suppose to buy it as it is I wouldn't hire Inspector, please think about it those who may hire him one day ,,, excuse after excuse from this lousy guy and his apology too little and too late because I will report him to Better Business Bureau and Rip off Report.com so public don't lose their money and hire this guy and end up buying possibly a Limon ! I'm not putting this review for my money ,,, i will get my money back from my credit card dispute and further from licensing and insurance if he has liability insurance for his negligence. Ray you can't rip off people and chock them and the say you apologize! perhaps you been doing business like this for long time and cutting corners and lousy Inspection but now you got Caught and your apology is too little too late for me! Inspection Job is hard job and If you are looking for easy money you better find another Job at least don't play with people Investment. buying home is any American Dream, please don't turn this dream to a NIGHTMARE for them with your lousy Inspection. you have your contract with small print that is even hard to read and push your client to sign then you screw them up and is not right too! you've been Threating to take me to Bakersfield court and charge me with late fee and Attorney fees and Scare tactic shows how desperate are you for money and don't care about your client investment and happiness. Ray please in your next respond to my review tell everybody if you have any bond or Insurance for your Imaginary company to cover home owner when they buy a Limon Home as result of your Lousy Inspection or you don't have any Coverage. you told me your Insurance will contact me to listen to my complain, since two weeks a go no Insurance company contacted me to listen to me which shows you are not only a Lousy Inspector with no experience but you very DISHONEST PERSON too ! Ray please let the public that reads this reviews to know if you are caring a Liability insurance and bond or any insurance at all ?! this respond and review is only to protect the public from rip off lousy inspector like Ray Beasley with out office and company and any liability Insurance or bond to cover his client in case of Inspection Negligence. Beasley home inspection recently inspected our home and it was rediculous. Not only did they not put things back where the belong, they reset our sprinklers to come on at different times, they made a mess of the floors from tracking dirt inside on their shoes from walking in and out some many times and from the attic. The ceiling where they entered the attack is now covered in dirty hand prints from them. On top of that we supposivly had 3 cracked tiles (maybe they stepped on and cracked while on the roof) out of hundreds and they advised to have a roofing contractor to fix the whole roof. Most things listed where laughable and irrelevant. Sellers be advised and alert if they are in your home. It will seem like you had a search warrant at your place after they leave. read more
