The only thing I dislike more than kids birthday parties is planning them! They made planning this party an absolute breeze. When you book the party they send you an information packet which also contains free invitations you can fill out and distribute. You have the choice to bring your own food to the event and pay less for the party of have them order pizza. The pizza they order is from Maria's Italian restaurant and is DELICIOUS. They provide drinks, either soda or juice boxes, we went with juice boxes and they also provide pitches of water. They provide all plates, cups and utensils and serve all of it for you. The only thing we brought was the cake and some chips and snack type things for the kids who don't like pizza. The cake I had made was huge and really intricate. I was worried it would get messed up. So after picking it up around noon I called them asking if I could bring the cake over early and they happily obliged. They even met me out front of the place to help me bring it inside because it was pouring raining! I cannot say anything bad about this place....well besides the fact they don't serve wine or beer The place has a play area in one large room and a party area in another large room. The play area has inflatables, ride on toys, bounce areas, and some other neat things like a hamster ball and a orbit looking thing. So you play for an hour and then move to the other side for pizza, cake and party stuff. The party side also has arcade games and ride on toys that are motorized so no one gets bored! I left a message and attempted to call severe times to cancel. Once I was able to contact the hotel I was told there will be no refund and they were not helpful at all with this situation. Jenna and Cecilia kept falling back on a 30 day cancellation policy during football weekends. When I asked to speak with the manager Jermaine I was told I could if I didn't mind holding while he checked in on all the rooms in the hotel. Every other Hotel I needed to call so far , had no problem with cancellation under the circumstances . Very disappointed . The hotel kept my money and will now probably get double for a late booking for the suite I was going to stay in . If I could leave no stars I would .
