The only thing I dislike more than kids birthday parties is planning them! They made planning this party an absolute breeze. When you book the party they send you an information packet which also contains free invitations you can fill out and distribute. You have the choice to bring your own food to the event and pay less for the party of have them order pizza. The pizza they order is from Maria's Italian restaurant and is DELICIOUS. They provide drinks, either soda or juice boxes, we went with juice boxes and they also provide pitches of water. They provide all plates, cups and utensils and serve all of it for you. The only thing we brought was the cake and some chips and snack type things for the kids who don't like pizza. The cake I had made was huge and really intricate. I was worried it would get messed up. So after picking it up around noon I called them asking if I could bring the cake over early and they happily obliged. They even met me out front of the place to help me bring it inside because it was pouring raining! I cannot say anything bad about this place....well besides the fact they don't serve wine or beer The place has a play area in one large room and a party area in another large room. The play area has inflatables, ride on toys, bounce areas, and some other neat things like a hamster ball and a orbit looking thing. So you play for an hour and then move to the other side for pizza, cake and party stuff. The party side also has arcade games and ride on toys that are motorized so no one gets bored! It was an awesome experience and I plan to have many more parties here for my kids in the future! HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend Eli's! Wonderful place, great staff! Exceptionally nice owner! I cannot say anything bad about this place!!! My daughter and son had an amazing time and my daughter said when we left it was the best party ever!!!

The staff was accommodating throughout the entire process, even going so far as to try and set up the picnic in the shade next to trees because it was so hot and sunny the day we came. I ended up opting for the umbrella, which was huge and worked well. The staff kept our charcuterie board refrigerated until we arrived, had cold water, and even freezing wet towels for us to stay cool. They stayed cold the entire two hours as well! She offered a highly customizable picnic package and worked directly with the photographer who was also a joy to work with. She also sent a labeled map to help me visualize where to pop the question when we arrived. We even had two staff on location to tend to us during the picnic (I didn't even know this would be part of it!). Every detail was beautifully curated and the charcuterie board served as at least a meal's worth of food for two. The fire pit + tent combo helped us weather the cold as well.
