I hadn't had Bearded Bagel in forever and glad I stopped in to remember how good the bagels are! It was a busy Sunday morning but I was able to order and get my food quickly. I ordered the Handy Andy and added turkey sausage but forgot to add cream cheese! The menu on the board is a bit overwhelming with lots to read but I kind of had in mind what I wanted. The associates I came across working were very friendly and upbeat for a busy morning, truly appreciated that!

Decided to stop in here for a quick breakfast stop and I loved it! To start the ambiance really fits the name. Fun colors and an awesome board with lots of awesome options for sandwiches. When I walked in the staff was extremely friendly with Patrick being the all star that helped me. I also decided to try the biscuits and gravy at the end.. very good. Would highly recommend!! Will be back here for sure!

We've been trying to get to this place for a while now and even made a U-turn just to finally stop. I've heard so much about the hangover bagel, but on this particular day I wasn't too hungry. Even though it was hard to choose something else, I ended up getting the slammin sammy and it did not disappoint! It has bacon, egg, and American cheese on a plain bagel--simple but perfect. It was super filling, and I actually couldn't even finish the whole thing. I'll definitely be back to try the hangover bagel! Ps-- this place does not skimp on the cheese!! + very kind staff + easy parking

It's a bagel wonderland! I stumbled upon this little gem on one of my rare trips to the Northeast side of Indy. I happened to be in the area and in need of a little something to snack on. What should appear to my wandering eyes, but this cute little spot? I was so excited to pop inside and see how bright and cute it was. The menu is published right on the wall and it's colorful and defined by breakfast, lunch, vegetarian, etc. The gentleman at the counter was super friendly and yes he did in fact have a beard! My bagel was served warm, totally yummy, and more than filling. I noticed they had some food trucks parked out front so I'm betting I'll find them on one of my next adventures in the spring or summer time. Can't wait to check out some more of their bagel offerings!

Plenty of lox and so good!

Stopped in for the first time, which can sometimes be a bit intimidating in a place like this. Customer service, Holly, absolute chefs kiss, phenomenal! Ordered the Silver Fox minus cucumber on an everything bagel. Delicious! Will definitely be back!

Loved the B&Gs! Our bagels were okay, but we found out BB just started doing their own bagels (literally that week I believe) so makes sense why they may not have been the best showing. Will be back to try them again I'm sure! Always love seeing & visiting their trucks at Famers Markets & such so I know they're really good & great service!

I was really excited to try Bearded Bagel because of all the hype I've seen! Except, the bagels were just ok. Kind of small and just not as tasty as I expected. Mine had pepper jelly that was really good though! The star was the biscuits and gravy - creamy, sausage gravy with fluffy biscuits! We would go back just for them! Service was fast and the ladies taking orders was friendly. A lot of pickup orders came in while we were there, but there are also seats inside to eat in.

Em and O breakfast sandwich

Absolutely delicious. I stopped in this morning on my way to work and I will be back. I ordered the Em and O breakfast sandwich on a asiago bagel, fried egg, American cheese added mayo and had it steamed. The bagel texture was perfect, a delicious start to my day. The people working there are welcoming, friendly with genuine smiles.

Omg, what can I say! As someone who isn't usually a fan of bagels, this was hands down the best one I've had in Indy! I tried the chipotle cream cheese before ordering, and it was absolutely amazing! It was so flavorful with just the right kick. Every bite of my bagel was delightful, and I loved how cheesy it was! I only wish this place was closer to me. It's a small spot, but there's plenty of seating. Definitely worth a visit!

You have basic and then you have premium. You have bagels and then you have bearded bagel. There veggie, turkey, pork bagels and then the good old cream cheese and traditional bagel for those who don't prefer the number of fix ins. We tried Pizza and Lox bagel and the flavors combined with the steamed bagels just didn't disappoint. It was filling, fresh, tasty and absolutely divine combos. Service was super quick and I got my to go order in less than 10 minutes. I believe bearded bagel does Food trucks all over Indy and it does look like the concept works really well for BB. Great weekend spot, good fresh breakfast right beside Sam's club.

I learned about this place from a local foodies FB page for having the best biscuits and gravy in town. I ran right there and wow, zero disappointment! While the Bs&Gs come traditional or loaded with egg, bacon, and cheese, the rest of the menu is nothing to scoff at. The owner uses bagels from Bagel Fair, which I was surprised to learn (and confirmed with the owner, to be sure). I had assumed they were made in-house, but I appreciate the transparency when I asked. I've brought food from here to friends and family - everyone is always very pleased! I especially love the lox bagel, as well as having more options than cream cheese, such as PB&J. Service is solid consistently, there are many bagel flavors and sandwich options to choose from, and there's always plenty of parking. Highly recommend checking out this local shop for a great brunch!

Stopped by here for breakfast on our way into Indy and it did not disappoint! As you can see from my sandwich, the hangover helper, there is plenty of food for your meal. The sandwich kept me full until dinner time. The delicious savory of the spicy and tangy cheese combined with bacon on an everything bagel that has just enough topping. The restaurant was very busy when we stopped in but they were quick to take our order and as you can see from the pics my sandwich was hot and cheese gooey. Cute little breakfast/brunch place to stop by for a great filling sandwich.

Fantastic bagels as we have come out to Indiana from the East Coast and bagels really can't compare. This is the best I have found out here.

This location has a lot of shelf-stable import Italian foods available for purchase, alongside fresh fruits and dairy products from local farms. Counter service for coffee is pretty quick for a mid-afternoon visit. I got the Neapolitan rose latte from the March spring specials. It was kind of expensive ($8 for 16 oz) but very delicious. It was a floral kind of sweet with the addition of a hint of rose. The pink foam colored with strawberry and beet powders adds to the overall cutesy effect! I also got a cocoa brownie ($2.50, about a 3-inch square) and that is surely chocolatey. I didn't find it to be too sweet but it doesn't lack in that department either. They use a Dutch process cocoa in their brownie to give it that signature dark color. Flavor wise, I can best describe it as an Oreo Cakester without the cream filling. Anyway, if you ever see me walking around the Stutz, you'll likely find me with an Amelia's coffee in hand as well!

The space is big and fun, with a large dining room, an old-school video arcade game, interesting art, and a big screen playing movies, which adds to the laid-back, quirky vibe. It's counter service with clear menu boards on the wall, making ordering easy. I had the cheesy jalapeño grits with bacon and an egg and... my goodness. So incredibly delicious. One friend ordered the same grits but swapped in fried catfish instead of bacon--also a fantastic choice. Our third went with a classic plate with eggs and bacon, and let me tell you, the bacon is thick and plentiful. We ordered a side of fries for the table and there were more than enough to share. Self-serve coffee with all the fixings is a nice touch, and the service was friendly and welcoming. Fun atmosphere, great food, solid portions--definitely will be back.

We were greeted right away and looked over the menu a bit before ordering. My husband ordered the country breakfast with chicken (definitely the way to go) and I ordered the cheesy jalapeño grits with bacon. We each got a cup for water and I ordered a coffee, excited because I saw ahead of going that it was self-serve (like at Cafe Patachou where I can get as many coffees as I like without having to wait for our server to come check on us first). However, the self serve coffee excitement was short-lived after seeing that they only offered half and half as creamer (I'm lactose intolerant) and the two coffee carafes were not labeled for what was inside (decaf? medium roast? you'll never know!) and then one was completely empty and never refilled during our visit. The water station also was not ever refilled during our visit, so we were not able to get refills after filling up our cups the first time. It took a couple of tries to find a table we could sit at because you seat yourself, but several had not been cleaned after other guests left and had food and drinks spilled on them. There were definitely enough staff members there to be able to clean them in between customers, so we weren't sure why they were left that way. We ended up sitting in the middle of the room towards the front, across from the clown art wall, which made for interesting conversation as we looked through everything. When the food came out I was impressed with the portions, but I had no flavor whatsoever to my cheesy jalepeno grits. The egg and bacon were good, but not enough to make it a good dish and I would not order it again. And I love savory breakfast and grits in general, so it was a real bummer. My husband's dish was worth the visit though. It was a huge portion size and we honestly would just split it if we came back and ordered it. It was so savory, seasoned perfectly, and juicy. One of the best breakfast dishes I have tried recently! I really debated between 3-4 stars for this, but my dish was a flop, the lack of cleanliness for the seating area, the lackluster self-serve coffee station, and not refilling the beverages ultimately scored a 3 star review for me. I would come back and try something else though, or split the country chicken breakfast because it was really good. Hopefully next time the beverages won't be empty!
