They took absolutely no accountability for the lackluster service delivery, and I missed out on a full day of sightseeing.

He did however see me during some serious situations and was able to accommodate during some emergency visits. (Broken retainer, chipped tooth, etc.) so that was very appreciated. I like the concept that she is providing in healthcare. With an annual membership you get unlimited visits, 2 sets of labs and most medications at cost from the office dispensary for a set price with no surprise costs to be concerned about. This has made medical care affordable for me while enjoying the experience of no long waits and getting in quickly. Her assistant, Sharon, is a great asset in the office to schedule appointments, take your vitals and draw your labs. She's very personable and always smiling. Dr. Lavallee has been more than a physician to me. She's helped me get through some of the most difficult times life has presented me. I can't imagine, looking back, how I'd have made it through these last 7 years without her care. She makes getting better unbelievably enjoyable. Based on the number of people in the waiting area ahead of me, I felt like I was called back in a reasonable time. The nurse who took my vitals was unbelievable friendly and had a fantastic demeanor - I didn't feel like being awake, and he had me laughing. He even took the initiative to start a rapid strep test - it may have been self-interest to help him get home sooner, but it didn't come across that way. When the doctor came in, he was just as pleasant as the nurse. He was careful to verify my history and current medications, and answered my questions like I was a real person (not all doctors have this ability). In summary, this place freaking rocks when you feel like crap!
