When I walked in, I had to wait about 15-minutes to let the people who had already been seen checkout and then allow the ones before me to go to the counter. When I went to the counter, the girl whispered if I was there for a Covid test, being mindful that I might not want people around me knowing my business -- pure class on her part. Once I confirmed, she had Sarah Holton assist me. Sarah was very kind, understanding, professional, and straightforward. She gave me options with pricing as they don't take insurance and made sure I was OK with everything before moving forward. You could tell she genuinely cares about her patients, and although she deals with many sick people a day hasn't lost her compassion. Once the Doctor arrived, whose name escaped me, but she was a lovely sweet petite red-headed woman, who was as equally kind, gentle, and compassionate as Sarah, she was able to put me on a Covid recovery plan. Urgent Care, unlike many other clinics, is in the healing business and prescribes what is needed for you to heal, not what is recommended by big Pharma to make a profit. I am so grateful I found them. They are worth every penny you spend out of pocket. They gave me the paperwork to get reimbursement from my insurance company, so that's a bonus. Also, when I told Sarah about the experience I had at the historic Savannah location, she apologized on behalf of the company and reported the incident to her management. She asked me if I wanted various shots and tests but I really am not sure because well, I'm not a medical professional. Every shot and test costs extra but it turned out to be more expensive than other urgent cares I've been to. I wouldn't come back...

Day 0 - my parent was being discharged and we needed to find options for long term acute care…read more There are really only two locations in town and we were already placed in the other by the case management at the hospital, however I wanted to check myself and also to find out options available to us. I am glad that I did. The first site was located in a hospital which is a great selling point. Landmark is in a smaller private hospital without all attached services, however it is literally 2-4 minutes for the two hospitals in town. I stopped in at 7 am and asked for a tour, bc making the right decision was weighing heavy on my heart. Surprisingly I was accommodated and I appreciated the welcoming spirit of the smployeea walking i for morning shift as well as the young lady who gave me the tour. So far....amazing! day 1 - transport was professional and easy. Admissions called to let me know what the room Number was and answer any further questions. Once my parent was over there we waited until they had him settled. Once unsent into the room, it was bright, airy and CLEAN! That can make you feel Better alone. But the staff were actively tending to him, cracking jokes and sizing up how much good trouble he was going to be :) but with love!!! He immediately had lunch, a comfy bed and the doctor and wound nurse stopped in to check and say hello within into 2-3 hours. I was also quite impressed with the dinner food!!!! I never wanted to taste his hospital food before, but I ate this plate Like I was at My grandmas :) they have a kitchen on site and someone in that kitchen ain't playing!! Dinner was black eyed peas, zucchini and seasoned baked pork chops, cornbread and a homemade Brownie!! They get mad at you for no reason. They will turn the light off and still take over an hour to change you.Some of the CNA AND NURSES ARE RUDE REALLY RUDE THEY TALK TO YOU IN A RUDE TONE AND HOLLER AT YOU.This is a nursing home most of the residents can not help themselves and need compassion that they are not getting.

The young girl…read moreup front is rude, they had my xrays at another office so it delayed getting adjusted on my new chiropractor when I moved to another city, and whenever I'm waiting to get adjusted, it takes about 10minutes to wait, 10min stem cell, and 5mins to be adjusted. I always feel rushed out the door. The worst part is, after I went somewhere else, I realized Dr. Wetherington was adjusting my lower back without ever having taken xrays in that area, which could have been really dangerous.

I like the concept that she is providing in healthcare. With an annual membership you get unlimited visits, 2 sets of labs and most medications at cost from the office dispensary for a set price with no surprise costs to be concerned about. This has made medical care affordable for me while enjoying the experience of no long waits and getting in quickly. Her assistant, Sharon, is a great asset in the office to schedule appointments, take your vitals and draw your labs. She's very personable and always smiling. Dr. Lavallee has been more than a physician to me. She's helped me get through some of the most difficult times life has presented me. I can't imagine, looking back, how I'd have made it through these last 7 years without her care. She makes getting better unbelievably enjoyable. To put it very simply, I consider Dr. Marilyn Lavallee the absolute best!
