Sarah the receptionist was more than rude to me and I would like to speak with one of you. I believe Caroline tried explained my delieamma to Sarah the office manager, however, Sarah is refuses to call me. I would hope that my being a patient for more than 30 years, and having my family as patients would account for something. I have spent thousands out of my pocket with you as have my insurance dating back to when the office was Blattner, Murphy and Heberer, and I continued to be a patient even after your move to Waterloo, and after not being able to continue to travel to Waterloo I remained with Dr. Heberer. The office is listed as open, yet no one is answering the phone and there is no way for me to leave a message. There is also no method of contact listed on the website except for phone, so no way for me to email. The office called me to reschedule an appointment because my doctor is going to be at a different location, but now I can't even get in touch with them to reschedule because of their time commitments. All this and I'll probably get charged a no show fee for the scheduled appointment that I couldn't move because the office makes it very difficult to contact.

Dr. Workman assumed the practice a couple of years ago, in what appeared to be a seamless transition. The staff had little-to-no turnover, which speaks volumes to their level of confidence in this newcomer. We haven't had a great deal of dental work done, save for a lone cavity and regular cleanings and check-ups. Every visit is a pleasure and we truly appreciate the care and consideration we receive.

I have a big fear of the dentist and I spent my first few consultations crying in his chair. The whole staff was so gracious and patient with me. My teeth were not nearly as bad as I thought but the scars from childhood scared me anyway from being able to just go to the dentist and not worry about it. Dr. Leppo made me feel as though I mattered and that he understood my fear. He made it possible for me to get my teeth back in order and I am so grateful. Now I look forward to going to the dentist even though there is still some fear there because I know I am in good hands and that he is going to take care of me! I went in and sat in an also full waiting room. Just there a couple of minutes when one of the staff started calling names to confirm who was there. Right after they started calling people back to their appointments. I was the last one to arrive but I got called back as well. Hayley was my Hygienist and she led me to one of the rooms to get going. She asked a few questions and made notes in my chart, she was super friendly and we got to know each other a little as my appointment went on. Since it was my first official visit and cleaning, I needed a full round of x-rays, something I dread at the dentist office. It was pain free and quick so amazing! The whole process was easy and pleasant. The office is super nice and all of the staff are so personable. When Dr. Welker came in and reviewed everything with me, he took his time, didn't seem rushed, and answered all my questions. When I was done, I got a review of the plan of action for my issues with a cost break down and all information printed for me to take with me. In the past I would have food get stuck between my teeth where the crowns were, but Dr. Akins fixed that issue. I was having to floss 3 times a day for years and now I only do it once a day at night.
