One thing I love love love is that I went in the day after my surgery and all the staff who has worked with me ALL came by to check on me. All of them! That's greatcustomer service. It really made me feel special! My sons are teens and needed to switch from a pediatric dentist to an adult dentist, since they have all their adult teeth. I know of no other doctors, dentists, surgeons, etc. in Wyoming who require you to pay the FULL amount up front on the day of the surgery. It is ridiculous to expect this of anyone, let alone someone having two children done on the same day. Times are tough with COVID-19, but paying the FULL amount up front shouldn't be required even in good times. I was willing to pay half for each girl, but they said it was "Utah's policy" to do it this way - even though these surgeries were done in Wyoming. As it ended up, I had to put it on my credit card. $1400 was a bit much to ask in one day. I hope the surgeon appreciates my paying his monthly yacht payment today. Now I just have to figure out how to pay my other bills. :-(
