I was greeted when I walked in to the security office and given a mask (they still wear masks in this office). They had me sign in at the kiosk and then wait for my number to be called. I think I sat there for less than 2 minutes when my number was called. They told me to go to a weird window, so security pointed me in the correct direction. They even walked back to make sure I made it. The person at the window was really nice. He helped me get my name changed and it took probably 3 minutes max. I was in and out of this place within 10 minutes. Going through security took the longest because there were two groups ahead of me. From the beginning to the end, every single person I encountered was sweet! Even the janitor smiled and said hello! I will 100% visit this location again.

They take the time to answer questions and if they don't have the answer they will research it to find the answer. It's nice to have people who care, it makes my job much easier.

Which was ridiculous because the exact same book was only like half the price on amazon brand new. It took them over a week to claim I was the one that damaged the book. So be careful and check the price if they are charging you because it sure as heck aint the Amazon prices.

This library is NOT bike friendly. No common sense going on here. On a rainy day I parked my loaded…read morebike under the eave so it wouldn't get wet. I was on a bike tour (this means I was traveling by bike since I know you locals don't know about bike tours). The bike was completely out of the way of everyone. Common sense told me not to park it at the rack where the rain would soak my clothing, sleeping bag, etc. 2 hrs and 45 min later one of the staff told me I had to move it because where it was (any place but at the rack) was prohibited. I was informed that my bike was "vandalizing" the BRICK WALL. No lie - she and then the manager actually said this with straight faces. I asked for the manager. She came and the dance had to be played again. When I asked her to show me the damage the best she could do was give me a blank stare. Yet another American moving along in life as a zombie, doing as she's told just so she can have an undeserved pension in 20 yrs. Since she couldn't concieve of following common sense instead of rules, I gathered my things and left. However, while I waited for the rain to subside before taking off on my steed, within 10 minutes of each other, 2 employees came outside to check on me. They pretended to be doing something else, but it was obvious why they'd come out. The 2nd one even lied to me about it. The pretentiousness of this library doesn't match the state of the city it lies in. You'd think these people would have better things to do than to focus all their energy on a bike minding its own business leaning against a BRICK WALL.

Some people can chose to go inside and park, but if you want to avoid traffic I would recommend parking at the high school and taking the shuttle bus in. A lot of people chose to park at Weber, I would avoid it cause the line to get on the bus I super long. Important note to do is to apply sun block. Lots and lots of sun block. There is no where to hide in the shade here cause a lot of people already took the good spots under the planes, the only shade available. I see a lot of people and at the end of the day they are so red and sun burned. I was even super sun burn cause I forgot to reapply sun block. Also remember to keep hydrated. They sell drinks and food every corner you turn. So keep energize/hydrated. The food isn't that bad. I bought a burger and it was actually juicy and not dry. I would recommend buying your food/drinks before you hit the crowds cause the lines are shorter. There are a lot of cool looking things everywhere during the airshow. You're able to go into the transporter airplanes. Sit in jeep trucks and see all the different airplanes and helicopters used. The air show itself is wonderful and can be seen anywhere on the base or even off the base. Totally worth going to.

I know about events, town hall meetings, and anything else that might interest me. Everything that has happened has always seemed reasonable and fair. I've never had any issues with the service or price for the water, sewage, and garbage services that we receive through them. Literally my only complaint is that I wish they'd warn me that I can't drive out of my neighborhood during the South Ogden City Days Parade. One year I learned that lesson the hard way when I got trapped in. I had to call my sister to pick me up at an area that I could walk to! True story!! But if that's the only bad thing I have to say, I'm feeling pretty good about it.
