I'm going to recommend trips no shorter than one week. As stated in previous reviews, outdoor opportunities are in and around Logan. There are solid restaurants here, with something for everyone. In-N-Out just opened a brand new location downtown! Jack In The Box also opened a brand new store. If you want to have more of the dining experience, there's plenty of options. No matter where we went, the service was outstanding. There are several NICE sporting goods stores, 2 Walmarts (within 1 mile or so from each other), a bowing facility, and more. The University is always adding new facilities for higher learning, as well as new campus student housing. The sports facilities all look fantastic. We are happy and feel confident that Utah State in Logan was the right choice for Sonny. The school has a sweet personality, just like the city. We can't wait to return!

Located in a really neat old building on Main. Local residents of Smithfield are missing out on a valuable resource if they are not familiar with this great place. Front doors facing main are fire doors only head around to the west side of the building for additional parking and main access. Parking by the city offices and on the west side of the building.

Fun little library, especially for kids. Has a large…read moreselection of children's books, touchscreen computers for young kids. A unique feature is a small reading theater that doubles as a child play area, with a slide, stuffed animals and blocks. These features would be nice to keep one's kiddies occupied, so parents can do some reading, except this library lacks the reading nooks and private seating areas to do so. Southeast corner could be better utilized for private study or reading, but instead it's used for storage. And the couches in the middle are rarely occupied, their central location is so exposed its too distracting for a good read. Also, the adult and young adult book sections are very limited here. "Maker Space" is an interesting place for audio/video computing, but it's understaffed and underutilized. I know they do teach classes on it weekly, but I have yet to try one. I wish they had more activities for all ages of kids like I'm accustomed to at Salt Lake City libraries. They have a decent selection of books on cd, but have very few music cds. They have a lot of tv series on dvd, and a decent amount of movies on dvd. Blu-ray selection is small but mainly new releases. Library is kept clean and the building is relatively new. It has an odd area resembling a cafe with booths and large tables to do homework on. Public internet area is hidden behind the checkout desk, it's cramped but has ten computers. Free Wi-Fi is available here too. Because it's fun for young readers, I enjoy bringing my family here. But there's no real comfortable place for adults, and overall it lacks for everyday readers. But it's a small library, so some of this is to be expected. But I would rearrange the place and focus on comfortable spaces for folks to read.

I've been here twice. Drove down to take my cdl test. Bob is awesome. Friendly and fast. The reason…read morefor my three stars here is because testing here absolutely sucks! The glare from the lights on the kiosk machines can be hard but the noise level here makes it horrible for testing. Now I get talking to the customer to get them ready for X reason but side conversations that produce more noise is totally unnecessary. It's even worse when the employees themselves have loud conversations with each other or when on the phone. They even have a sign hanging that reads "Testing in progress quiet please", but what's the use of that when they don't even obey they're own sign. Thank God I was able to pass my test through all of that, but I saw others frustrated while taking there test. It's so unfair to them and no one likes wasting there money. Hopefully things change. First DMV I've been to that I've had this issue with.
