The Customer service representative on the phone was very rude and had extensive use of profanity. I would not recommend this company .

I was absolutely satisfied with the work performed by Next Level. They responded quickly to my…read morerequest for an estimate and upon my review and acceptance, the work was started quickly. I can't say enough good things about how easy they made the process. Having your home undergoe teardown and reconstruction is never pleasant but the employees did all they could to make it as easy as possible for me. The employees were all professional, friendly and listened to my concerns. That is something that is important to me. They keep the other areas of my home clean, moved my furniture and put it back and even offered to put my pictures back up! Communications were clear from start to finish and they helped me with my homeowner's claim and follow up with the insurer to get maximum amount covered. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again if I have another project and I have already told friends that this company really does it right!

From start-to-finish, their highly skilled professionalism, efficiency and outstanding customer service were consistently provided. First off, they were extremely responsive in providing a timely quote. And when the work started, Matt and Chris communicated with us at every turn, setting our expectations and following up periodically throughout the 4-day process. The team took great care in dismantling fixtures and cabinets as needed for minimal disruption ... we greatly appreciated the courtesy and respect in dealing with this older home. Thank you also to Carla and Teresa for making us feel like valued customers. I highly recommend WEE to anyone in need of experienced, reliable and trustworthy mold removal services. Trish Tilley

Would not recommend this company, the contractors that complete the work are great guys and did a…read morefantastic job. However, management and accounting cancel out this experience. I had a leak in my roof in January of 2026, I call American Restoration. They come out quickly, tarp the roof, and set up fans to air out the leak. They say they'll come back to pick up their equipment and get a test for asbestos so they can begin demolition of the leak. Weeks go by and I hear nothing. I call to inquire, they say they lost the sample and need a new one. No communication whatsoever. Finally, they begin work a few months later, they find crazy mold in our ceiling and say they will send pictures to insurance to cover the cleanup. Great. They finish the demo and say they will be back next week to patch up the hole in the ceiling. A week goes by, then another. Eventually, it is the end of April 2026, going into May and I still have a giant hole in my roof. I contact Angel, my project manager, multiple times throughout this, he says he is waiting on insurance approval to go ahead with the rebuild. I'm no expert in this but why would you begin demo without the go-ahead to rebuild. I say I will pay in advance to begin the refurbishment process. I call insurance, he says they haven't sent him anything. Turns out we hadn't paid our deductible yet so that's why labor had paused. Mind you, throughout this process I am given random quotes of costs of labor, and percentages I have to pay upfront in order for work to be done or paid off, all via email not any formal receipt of anything . Eventually, the roof is repaired after five months. Our deductible has been fulfilled, we leave Restoration to get their remaining funds from our insurance broker and believe the deal is done. Months later, it is now July, I am getting an email that I am about to be sent to collections for unpaid funds. For the Mold Removal back in March. I email back asking where this fee came from, the insurance already paid them for the interior. I call insurance again, turns out they never sent the Mold pictures to insurance so they were unaware of this process being done to begin with. My insurance cuts a check, a few days later I get ANOTHER email stating the balance is still unpaid. I have to tell them the check should reach them in a few days and if not then to contact me. I wake up again this morning and have yet another email stating another fee is unpaid and that they "miscalculated" what was due. I am personally very tired of this, and now have to direct them immediately to my insurance to deal with. Stay away from this company like the plague.

HIGHWAY ROBBERY!…read more This place is unbelievable. They took over a week to get back to me with an estimate to clean rodent feces in a home in Santa Fe. I had to hound them for the estimate, when it came, it just said 51k and nothing else. No information about where the $50,000 is going, no hours or cost per hour, nothing. I received an estimate from another company for half the amount, with a breakdown of each room, service, hourly rate + tax. I can't believe STOP just sends you a random outrageous number with no explanation. Do people really pay this? Is this ethical business practice?! I really don't think so. Stay away from them! If you ever think you need remediation services for your home and see this company, just listen to their message and STOP!!! Turn around, and RUN!!!

The first one was rainwater coming in through the roof down the inside walls of an upstairs and downstairs bedroom causing mold that had to be removed and flooring & drywall that had to be replaced. Cole Borgeson handled everything with my insurance company to get the project started on the first job providing accurate quotes for the repairs. The second job was an unexpected pipe leak inside the wall on the stairway on New Year's day. This time I called my insurance company (USAA) to request again that they use Rockefellers for the repairs as I had such wonderful service from their subcontractors Daniel Rodriquez (Homestar painting) and Tim Gallegos (Tim's Flooring Covering) that I wanted to have the same crew again. On both Projects the Project Manager's (Christopher on the first job) and Sarvar (on the second job) assigned were great and very professional. At each phase of the job that took place they were there to supervise that the work was being completed. If I had any suggestions or questions they were immediately helpful. I love the outcome of both bedrooms especially replacing the carpet in one room with flooring. And, the wall repair on the stairs we changed the color from white to a sand color which accent the wall beautifully that you notice right away when walking into the house. Again, highly recommend their service.
