It is located in the front lobby of the Kalahari Resort. They have a few tables and some couches that you can take your treat to and eat at. I chose the comfy couch in the front. Being that it is located in the resort, there is a ton of free parking available, if you are not a guest like I wasn't and wanted to indulge in some good treats. The staff there was friendly enough. After a long deliberation, I got a carmel sundae. I took about 5 minutes to make and was delicious. My littles got kids scoops in a cone, and they loved it. Their ice cream is really good. I highly recommend checking them out. But, be prepared, they get slammed between 7 and 9 with people leaving the pool for the day.

It's an order at the counter and they'll bring your food to you sort of set up. For my first breakfast here, I got their oatmeal which was fantastic. It was a hearty serving of oatmeal and had chia seeds, cinnamon, blueberries, strawberries, and banana on top. All the fruit was fresh, making for a wonderfully delicious breakfast. The coffee is also solid (though I can't recall what I ordered) and the service is friendly. Get to it!
