It took them 3 days/nights to replace my old garage door opener. He arrived after 4:00pm ( that's…read moreok) and stayed until after 10:00pm (not ok). The job was still not done so he returned the next evening, after 5:00pm and stayed until midnight. He also used some of my tools and took them with him. They have not been returned. The job was still not done and he had tightened, loosened, pounded on,T and jerryrigged so many things (including the springs) that the manager and another man came the next day and stayed 2 hours to fix the problems made by the first man. After they left, the garage door and the track were popping and cracking every time I put it up or down. I lubricated them and it seemed to get somewhat better. Two months later the door is very loud again and they sent Quick Garage repair to fix the problem. They fixed the problem that I had with the garage door screen, that runs in the same track, but said that I NEED NEW SPRINGS. The Cowtown guys, that put in my new garage door opener, had adjusted my springs when they were working on my door. Now the Quick Garage Repair guys, that were sent to fix the continuing problems, said that I need new springs and, at my request, would only adjust the springs that are there for $175+. The springs were fine when I got the new opener but they would not take responsibility to tweak the setting because it was not on the invoice, so not under warranty for repair. I could explain in more detail but it might take 3 days to read. This is the first time that I have written a negative review so believe me when I say DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

CALL COUNTRYMENS FOR A PHONE-QUOTE WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT AND EXCELLENT WORK !!…read moreQUALITY, COURTESY, AND REASONABLE QUOTES. (A company that won't give you a quote by phone, will try to fleece you.) In late April 2026, I called Countrymens Garage Door Service, aka Countrymens, Inc, and left a message asking about the installation cost of a Liftmaster 3/4-HPc, belt-driven garage door opener. Owner, John, returned my call within minutes, gave me a most reasonable estimate for a new Liftmaster garage door opener with installation and tax included, and said he could install the opener early AM the next day. At 8:20, the next day, Randy from Countrymens, Inc arrived, removed the existing MVP (The Villages) garage door opener and rail for my cart-garage door (7'H x 6.5"H), installed the new Liftmaster 3/4-HPc opener, rail, interior wall controller, and syncrhronized the remote controller, two-additional Liftmaster opener remote controllers that came with my other Liftmaster 1.0 HPc, Belt-driven garage door opener for my 2-car (7'H x 16'W) garage door, and installed the back-up battery to the cart-door opener. Everything worked, both openers and three controllers but the wall unit for my new cart-garage door opener. After numerous attempts and telephone calls for support, Randy and John decided to replace the new (faulty) 3/4 HPc cart-garage door opener. At 7:20 the following day, Randy arrived with another new Liftmaster 3/4-HPc, Belt-driven garage door opener, removed the faulty one, installed the new replacement, interior wall controller, and synchronized the remote controller and the two-additional Liftmaster opener remote controllers that came with my 1.0 HPc Liftmaster 2-car garage door opener. Everything works great. Randy also, informed me how to train/sync the opener to the remotes and keypad and maintain/service the door, rail, and drive-belt. All this took about an hour. After Randy left, I created new combinations for each door on the exterior Liftmaster keypad that came with my 2-car garage door opener. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COUNTRYMENS FOR GARAGE DOOR OPENER: INSTALLATION, REPAIR, AND SERVICE.

We were fortunate to find Branch several years ago and every time we have an issue with our garage…read moredoor we have called Branch. They never disappoint in their service nor their customer service. From the time we call and speak to the office to the service tech they send out, the feeling given is family. They take the time to answer our questions, and you never feel you are being sold more than you need. I knew what the cost would be and the acceptable payment method. They replaced my control panel and a touchpad that failed. They help program MyQ to work from my phone. Total time spent fixing my problem was under an hour. This is a definite keeper.

She said the first available appointment was Tuesday and I accepted. Less than 25 minutes later, Natalie called back and said they had a cancellation and if I was available now, she would have a technician come out within 30 minutes. I agreed! Jeff came out and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of garage door mechanics. He explained the problem was with my motor and that it would be more advantageous to replace the LiftMaster than purchase a new motor given my opener was nearly 20 years old. He explained the options available to me and I based my choice on his recommendation. He said I would be surprised at how quiet the new door would be and he was right! While completing the replacement, he noticed the wheels on the door were in need of replacement also. He also found that I did not have hinges on the middle part of the door, and he recommended adding those to strengthen the door as well as provide less stress on the mechanism itself. I appreciated his attention to detail. Now, I look forward to having a trouble-free garage door for the next 20 years! Make Branch Garage Doors your first call! All these 5-star reviews cannot be wrong!
