On a Wednesday morning, I tried to open my garage door.  It got about 2" and stopped with the…read moreopener motor still laboring on.   I originally thought it was the 11-year-old cheap Genie model that the builder had installed by D&D Garage; however, through AI, learned it was actually the Wayne Dalton Torquemaster internal spring(s) that had snapped (as confirmed by the fact that it was extremely hard to lift the full weight, 200 lbs, of the door).  Rather than just replacing the Torquemaster springs, for about $200 more, the Torquemaster could be converted to a full external spring setup, which generally lasts much longer than the Torquemaster springs.   And since the opener was near its end of life, I wanted to have it replaced as well with a better quality LiftMaster opener.   The original installer, D&D Garage, said they could send a tech out to replace the opener on Friday, and on that same visit would weigh the garage door to determine the thickness of external spring to be used (uh?  They installed the door.  Shouldn't they have known the weight?), for the external spring conversion, but then wouldn't be able to do the conversion until the following Friday.  That meant we wouldn't be able to use the garage door for the next 10 days!  So, I called Justin, from Just-In-Time.   He actually came out to the house later that evening and weighed the door and provided me with an estimate which was a little more than the D&D estimate but said he could do the opener install and spring conversion the next day, Thursday!   Wohoo!   I accepted. Justin did an excellent job on the conversion and install, even pointing out where D&D had very poorly installed the actual Wayne Dalton garage door.   Additionally, he installed the wall opener and the outside keypad.  Although he brought in a lot of tools, everything was cleaned up before he left.   So instead of 10 days, we only had to go without using the garage for 2 days!    If you need any kind of garage door service, call Just-In-Time!

My husband and I are 100% pleased with the work done by Joe and Noah of JUST-IN-TIME GARAGE DOOR…read moreSERVICE!!! They are: quick, professional, polite, accommodating, thorough, informative, patient, and just pleasant to be around! I can't say enough good about them and JUST-IN-TIME GARAGE DOOR SERVICE!!!!! Both remotes for our 13-year-old garage door opener had quit working. New batteries didn't help and they no longer accepted programming, neither did the two new remotes we purchased. I found JUST-IN-TIME GARAGE DOOR SERVICE on YELP and contacted them Saturday morning via their website. Justin contacted me mid-morning and within the hour Joe and Noah arrived and diagnosed our garage-door problems. Joe explained everything thoroughly and he and Noah went right to work replacing the motor, springs, remotes, and wall-button. And everything was complete, and their work area cleared in less than 2 hours! Everything now works seamlessly and quietly. We are tickled pink! Thank you Joe and Noah and JUST-IN-TIME GARAGE DOOR SERVICE!!!

It took them 3 days/nights to replace my old garage door opener. He arrived after 4:00pm ( that's…read moreok) and stayed until after 10:00pm (not ok). The job was still not done so he returned the next evening, after 5:00pm and stayed until midnight. He also used some of my tools and took them with him. They have not been returned. The job was still not done and he had tightened, loosened, pounded on,T and jerryrigged so many things (including the springs) that the manager and another man came the next day and stayed 2 hours to fix the problems made by the first man. After they left, the garage door and the track were popping and cracking every time I put it up or down. I lubricated them and it seemed to get somewhat better. Two months later the door is very loud again and they sent Quick Garage repair to fix the problem. They fixed the problem that I had with the garage door screen, that runs in the same track, but said that I NEED NEW SPRINGS. The Cowtown guys, that put in my new garage door opener, had adjusted my springs when they were working on my door. Now the Quick Garage Repair guys, that were sent to fix the continuing problems, said that I need new springs and, at my request, would only adjust the springs that are there for $175+. The springs were fine when I got the new opener but they would not take responsibility to tweak the setting because it was not on the invoice, so not under warranty for repair. I could explain in more detail but it might take 3 days to read. This is the first time that I have written a negative review so believe me when I say DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

CALL COUNTRYMENS FOR A PHONE-QUOTE WITHOUT AN APPOINTMENT AND EXCELLENT WORK !!…read moreQUALITY, COURTESY, AND REASONABLE QUOTES. (A company that won't give you a quote by phone, will try to fleece you.) In late April 2026, I called Countrymens Garage Door Service, aka Countrymens, Inc, and left a message asking about the installation cost of a Liftmaster 3/4-HPc, belt-driven garage door opener. Owner, John, returned my call within minutes, gave me a most reasonable estimate for a new Liftmaster garage door opener with installation and tax included, and said he could install the opener early AM the next day. At 8:20, the next day, Randy from Countrymens, Inc arrived, removed the existing MVP (The Villages) garage door opener and rail for my cart-garage door (7'H x 6.5"H), installed the new Liftmaster 3/4-HPc opener, rail, interior wall controller, and syncrhronized the remote controller, two-additional Liftmaster opener remote controllers that came with my other Liftmaster 1.0 HPc, Belt-driven garage door opener for my 2-car (7'H x 16'W) garage door, and installed the back-up battery to the cart-door opener. Everything worked, both openers and three controllers but the wall unit for my new cart-garage door opener. After numerous attempts and telephone calls for support, Randy and John decided to replace the new (faulty) 3/4 HPc cart-garage door opener. At 7:20 the following day, Randy arrived with another new Liftmaster 3/4-HPc, Belt-driven garage door opener, removed the faulty one, installed the new replacement, interior wall controller, and synchronized the remote controller and the two-additional Liftmaster opener remote controllers that came with my 1.0 HPc Liftmaster 2-car garage door opener. Everything works great. Randy also, informed me how to train/sync the opener to the remotes and keypad and maintain/service the door, rail, and drive-belt. All this took about an hour. After Randy left, I created new combinations for each door on the exterior Liftmaster keypad that came with my 2-car garage door opener. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COUNTRYMENS FOR GARAGE DOOR OPENER: INSTALLATION, REPAIR, AND SERVICE.
