When my garage door broke, I started looking on Reddit for recommendations for a repair service. When I saw Branch mentioned multiple times on every single thread, often accompanied by effusive praise, I wondered, is this a cult? Well, I get it now. One could say I have joined the cult. I am used to contractors showing up at the end of, or indeed after, the scheduled arrival window. Not so with Branch--in fact, they called me a couple hours before the arrival window to see if it would be okay to arrive early, since the technician Kurt was in my area. I was thrilled! Kurt explained everything about the repair to me, and also showed me some things I can do to maintain the garage door (without being condescending). He worked efficiently and also recommended replacing the rollers (which I think were over 20 years old), which I agreed to because the price was very reasonable. He also replaced the light bulb in the garage door opener because he noticed it was flickering. It's a little thing, but it shows to me that they go above and beyond and don't nickel and dime you for things they very well could. He also recommended plugging the garage door opener into a surge protector, and when I quickly produced one, he plugged it in for me too. All in all, the final bill wound up being $50 LESS than what I was originally quoted, and the original quote didn't include the rollers. I'm not sure when I will need garage door service again, but I will certainly call Branch and recommend them to any of my friends who need this service. Really fantastic family business!! read more

Excellent service from a worker who really cared about the quality of the job performed.

Last week Al from Branch Garage Doors came to my house to put in a new keypad. Not only did Al take care of that & made sure everything worked, he also took care of the squeaking my door would make going up and down. He was so informative and patient. I would highly recommend this company. read more

We were fortunate to find Branch several years ago and every time we have an issue with our garage door we have called Branch. They never disappoint in their service nor their customer service. From the time we call and speak to the office to the service tech they send out, the feeling given is family. They take the time to answer our questions, and you never feel you are being sold more than you need. I knew what the cost would be and the acceptable payment method. They replaced my control panel and a touchpad that failed. They help program MyQ to work from my phone. Total time spent fixing my problem was under an hour. This is a definite keeper. read more

I have used Branch Garage Doors in the past and they were the only company I called again. Natalie answered the phone, and I explained my issue. She said the first available appointment was Tuesday and I accepted. Less than 25 minutes later, Natalie called back and said they had a cancellation and if I was available now, she would have a technician come out within 30 minutes. I agreed! Jeff came out and was very knowledgeable about all aspects of garage door mechanics. He explained the problem was with my motor and that it would be more advantageous to replace the LiftMaster than purchase a new motor given my opener was nearly 20 years old. He explained the options available to me and I based my choice on his recommendation. He said I would be surprised at how quiet the new door would be and he was right! While completing the replacement, he noticed the wheels on the door were in need of replacement also. He also found that I did not have hinges on the middle part of the door, and he recommended adding those to strengthen the door as well as provide less stress on the mechanism itself. I appreciated his attention to detail. Now, I look forward to having a trouble-free garage door for the next 20 years! Make Branch Garage Doors your first call! All these 5-star reviews cannot be wrong! read more

We had a great experience with Branch Garage Doors, from my initial call that was fielded by Laura , who was phenomenal. She was informative, genuine, sincere, considerate and caring. Then my second call, was a follow up because my wife had questions, so we spoke with Mitchell who was also very helpful! But our experience today with our service tech Kurt who serviced our garage door was the absolute best experience and interaction I have had in a long time. Kurt was AWESOME!!! He was knowledgeable, thorough with his work and just a pleasure to speak with. I felt like Kurt was passionate about his work cared about doing a great job and that was just the icing on the cake so to speak . Thank You Branch Garage Door for a fantastic experience!!! If you need any service related to your garage door, this is the only company to call. They came the same day I called and sent a guy with over 20 years of experience. Needless to say he immediately knew what was wrong and took care of the problem. In addition he helped program my car and adjusted everything that could be adjusted and lubed everything that could be lubed. Above and beyond my expectations. read more

Just had my garage door springs replaced. Excellent phone service from both Laura and Natalie as they answered all my questions. The service person was Kurt and he was very friendly and prompt within the time promised. I even got a call 15 minutes before he showed up. My previous springs lasted 10 years and 4 months with constant daily use with kids using it like a front door. I do keep up maintenance and keep everything lubricated every year. The springs took about 1 hour to replace, adjust and lubricate, reset opener error code, and billing paperwork. Price quoted was fair market price from what I've looked up. I learned a neat tip from Kurt. Every year disconnect the door from opener belt. Then lift the door and see if it says where you put it. Leave it in the middle and let go. If it stays then the door is balanced and the springs are working correctly. If the door slides up or down when you let go then you need maintenance. Would highly recommend. read more

I can't say enough good things about how professional Andrew the garage door tech was. He analyzed the problems with the the door and with several adjustments had it working better than new. And I'm not kidding. read more

I went to leave for work one morning and the torsion spring on our garage door broke. Luckily, I called Branch and Natalie said they were able to have someone at my house about an hour later. The technician and I got the door opened using the opener and I moved the car and some other stuff our of the way so he could work. The whole job probably took about an hour and the technician (I think Kurt was his name) explained how they balanced the door and what kind of maintenance should be done for garage doors. I was very satisfied with the prompt, courteous, and professional service. I did not price shop, but I feel their price was probably worth the parts and service. read more

Phenomenal service! Natalie was great in arranging the appointment - friendly and clear communications. Kurt was incredible in fixing the broken spring and replacing the rollers. I can barely hear the door open and close when standing right next to it! Kurt went above and beyond in so many ways by explaining proper maintenance and he even replaced the light bulb in the garage door opener. I am very very pleased all around! Highly recommend. read more

Very responsive and friendly inside staff! The technician (Al) was excellent. He really knew is stuff. The 25 old door sounds and operates like its brand new. I highly recommend this company. read more

If I could give this place 10 starts I would. Had a crappy start to the day when my garage door did not open all the way and I did not notice on my backup cam in my car. Called around 9am and Al was here by 2:00pm, he made my day, so nice and professional. My garage door was fixed in minutes and I spent significantly less than what I expected. Highly recommended! read more

The spring over the garage door broke suddenly. A technician came within a day of my call for an appointment and replaced the spring quickly. He also synced the door opener to my car, which I've owned for several years. Very pleased! read more

WOW! These guys are incredible, or maybe I should recognize the THE professional gentleman who repaired my broken garage door, "Al" goes well beyond the normal call-of-duty to make every aspect of the door operation worked better than new! After quickly repairing the reason for my service call (door was jammed on a shovel handle, came of the track, cable wrapped around spring and was generally a big mess), Al proceeded to lubricate all of the moving parts, check spring tension and the up/down electronic switches. I had a bad stop switch (and I knew it before he checked) that he found and replaced, so I had him change the other one too just to be safe. Al made it all look quick-n-easy! After he checked the door spring tension (warning - don't try this yourself!) Al adjusted it for a much more smooth raising & lowering operation. I mentioned that I sometimes have trouble lowering the door if sunlight is hitting the safety sensor . . . So yep, he quickly remedied THAT problem too! Their general service call rate and the cost for needed parts (installed two new stop sensors) was very fair. Heck, it was almost worth the service call rate just watch Al in action as he went about his job of professionally tuning the garage door operation to HIS liking! Overall, I could not be more pleased with my Branch Garage Door service call and would welcome the opportunity to use them again - Though it will probably be a long time because Al seemed to make of every adjustment he could find (and things that I didn't even know needed adjusting!) read more

Getting service on your home should not be stressful. This is the most professional "stress free" company you will ever experience. WOW!!!!! Purchased a new garage door opener and called the original installers of most of the units in our subdivision to do this install. Experienced Branch employee of 27 years treated my home "as if his own" and performed at a level of perfection that is becoming rare when having upgrades of this kind on your home. THANK YOU BRANCH for what should be the standard in the home service industry for everyone! read more

After an incident involving me backing into my garage door prior to being completely open, I called Branch for help! Mitch responded and within 45 minutes had completely fixed my door. He placed the rollers back on track, adjusted the springs, tightened door screws, and lubed the door and opener. He even went above and beyond by cleaning my greasy fingerprints off the door from where I had to manually pull it closed! To top it all off, the fee for the repair was much less than I was expecting! I would definitely recommend Branch and will use them in the future for maintenance. Thank you again! read more

My remote stopped working a while ago. After three new remotes, a dozen calls, a dozen emails to the garage remote company I called Branch's. Ed showed up, promptly ( and very entertaining talk!) changed the circuit board which he had on the truck, reset the remote, aligned the sensors. tightened screws on door, and lubricated the rails.Above and beyond service!! I have used this company a couple of times over the past 10 years. I was having major issues with my garage door & thought it needed to be completely replaced. I called around to ask for pricing from various companies. Hands down the office staff was the kindest & knowledgeable about the process. They sent Alan, an experienced field technician out to inspect my door. It turned out to be my lucky day! He was completely honest & very professional. He was able to fix my door for less than 10% of what I expected to spend on replacing it. I cant say enough kind things about him or this family owned company. Save your time & money & call them first. read more

Branch is without a doubt the best, most capable company in the garage door install/repair business. We have been satisfied customers for nearly 20 years and have always been served promptly, professionally and in the friendliest possible manner. Our most recent experience involved a garage door painted shut by a house painter who obviously did not know what he was doing. We tried to open the door and the opener nearly pulled the door off the frame. We called in a panic on a Friday morning, but all repairmen were tied up and it looked like we would have to accept a long weekend without the use of our daughter's car. Since she had an important medical appointment and we were also tied up, Natalie worked diligently to reschedule a repairman. As usual, the repair was done quickly and perfectly, and included a tutorial for the painter on how to prep a garage door! Thank you, Team Branch, for outstanding customer service and a standard of performance that is the envy of the industry. read more

I made the mistake of calling Precision Doors first and they totally tried to rip me off. A neighbor recommended Branch Garage Doors and I'm very glad he did. Mitch was my service tech and he did a great job. Replaced the broken springs as well as a few other issues all for less than half what Precision wanted for the job. The garage door is running great, and much smoother than before. I strongly recommend! read more

We called them out to fix our garage door opener. Turns out we needed a new one. Al was very friendly and explained how to use the new system in detail. I would use them again. We LOVE our new quiet opener! read more

Branch Garage Doors just repaired our garage door and we had an incredible experience. I called another national garage door company first, and they tried to rip me off by charging 3x the price Branch ended up charging. The other company tried to make me replace parts that had just been replaced two years ago. Andrew from Branch checked everything out and I didn't need any of the parts the other company tried to trick me into purchasing. If you want an honest estimate and a job done right from a reliable company then call Branch. I will only be using and referring them from now on. If you want to spend 3x more money then that's your Precision....whoops, I mean decision! Once again, kudos to Branch for a great job at a fair price. My family and I thank you. read more

I am so pleased with this company! I needed them to come out on the eve of hurricane Matthew, and sure enough they showed up. I never felt like I was a bother considering the circumstances of the storm. I needed to replace our springs, and Allen gave me a few suggestions, he was just being nice and and knowledgeable. We ended up installing a key pad, new rolling wheels, and he also fixed the garage opener button inside the garage, which I totally was not expecting to get repaired. The best part was the price. I was so surprised and pleased to get all that done and a very fair price. I am very excited to give this company a great review, because it is very rare to pay for a great product and receive great service to go with it! Well done Branch! read more

Courteous, helpful, efficient! Funny how garage doors refuse to work after you (ooops) back into them! Thanx to the crew at Branch. Quick response. MAIN LESSON: make sure the garage door is completely opened before backing out! Ohhhhh..... read more

Branch Garage Door was recommended highly to me by a few people. When I purchased my first home and needed a new garage door and garage door opener, I decided to get a few quotes as I didn't know quite what to expect. Mitch came out and he was incredibly nice and professional. He mentioned that they were about 5 weeks out because of how busy they were, but I decided to go with them because from everything that I've been told, they were well worth the wait. Ideally, I had wanted a Saturday install since I was off work then, but knew they didn't work the weekends. As luck would have it, due to staffing and large orders, I was able to get an install on Saturday morning. My garage door is so quiet compared to the other door I had. The garage door opener is great, especially the keypad outside. Thank you for everything! read more

My garage door stopped working and I attempted to fix it myself to no avail. I ended up calling Branch after reading the good reviews here on yelp. The woman in the office (sorry I forgot her name) was super friendly and helpful. She tried to figure out what the issue was with me over the phone prior to scheduling the technician. I had called around 9am and was given a window of 11-3:30 that day and she apologized that she couldn't narrow that down as they were fairly busy that day. However, I got a call around 10:45 that there was a technician in my area and he would be there by 11. Mitch was the technician and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately the system I owned was over 20 years old and from a company that was no longer in business so I had to get a new system. Mitch offered up many options and I never felt pressured into getting something more than I needed. He had it all installed in an hour and a half and with a price I thought was very reasonable. He also adjusted the springs and gave me some advice on how to maintain the system working properly. I would definitely recommend Branch to anyone having issues with their garage door. read more

Extremely friendly employees who are upfront and honest about repair costs and expectations. I set up my appointment and was given an arrival time frame, was called when the technician was on his way to my home and he arrived on time and was knowledgable about what needed fixed. The technician also found a potentially dangerous issue with my garage door and fixed it for very little money. Would definitely use them again and recommend. read more

I just have to express my gratitude on my personal experience with Branch Garage Door Sales. I spoke with Natalie and Catherine both on the phone when making my appointment and they were the nicest ladies, they fit me in to be serviced due to not being able to open my garage door. I also can't say enough about Al, he came to fix my broken spring on my garage door and he went out of his way to assist me with my car, which much to my surprise the battery was dead and I couldn't get it out of the garage. He said to me "I got this" and proceeded to hook up the portable charger on my car, thank you Al, not everyone would go the extra mile. :) read more

Highly recommend this company. Pleasant experience from beginning to end. The woman who called to arrange the service extremely pleasant and knowledgeable too. Service tech (Ryan) showed up in no time. Prompt and efficient. Not only did he replace the broken part, but took the time to check over then whole system and lubricated everything. He explained the function and even programmed the remote in the car visor. Very impressed with their service, so much that I called them again to repair my moms garage door.
