Five Stars? No Way! 110 at Least!…read more My garage door springs decided to unwind one Saturday night last month with a "BOOM", a stuck door, and a Santa Fe trapped in my garage. Fortunately, Rami of United Garage Door came to the rescue. He quickly diagnosed the problem, replaced the broken springs, made needed adjustments, and had the garage door working again in no time. Rami was extremely knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and personable. He clearly knows his trade, and it was obvious he takes pride in doing the job right. What impressed me most was how quickly and efficiently he handled everything. He showed up when he said he would, knew exactly what needed to be done, and didn't waste any time getting the job finished. I couldn't be happier with the result. If I could give Rami a hundred and ten stars, I absolutely would. And in the end, I'd have to say the whole experience was literally "uplifting" -- especially considering the garage door wasn't going anywhere until Rami showed up!
