I called John Fullerton regarding my garage door not closing and shared what I was experiencing and he had a good idea of what needed to be done before arriving at my home. He and his son replaced the motor, installed new springs and set me up with opening and closing the door with an app. A couple days later the sensors were not lining up correctly and he came back over and got them secured. WOW!!! If I could give John 10 stars, I would. He is the most responsive, most reliable, and most honest and sincere person that I have come across in a long time. My employee ran into a customer's door and we called for several estimates. Three other companies insisted the door needed to be replaced for $2500. John said to just replace the lower panels for $1400 dollars. He and his son did the repair, gave a keyless entry pad, and assembled a shower chair for our elderly customer. He answered the call at about 4:55 Pm and when he was finished his job that he was on came to our office. We needed the work done because we didn't want the broken overhead door open all night. I couldn't be more disappointed. My first clue was when I call a local number and company and a truck with no markings and out of state license pulls up. They assayed my door and all of a sudden they are at $330 from a $39.95 special. I'm not saying some of the items might need to be done eventually, but not necessary yet. They did the typical scam of scaring some elderly person into doing stuff not needed. I have what I truly believe to be a minor issue with my door and they wanted $50 for service call to diagnose it even though they were standing in garage! I had already told them do the special and leave. They then tried to bring additional pressure by getting a manager on speaker phone who gave the same song and dance. I told him NO. Do the special and leave. When they finally did it it probably took 10 minutes, maybe. These guys are the "experts" and they didn't even know what kind of garage door opener I had until they looked at the label on it! Beware of this outfit!!! I don't want to give them any rating, but guess I must to post. Mine would be none. read more

These guys fixed our (old) garage door on our house in Florida. They offered us several options, not just one big expensive fix, which we appreciated. They did the work, cleaned up after themselves, and were propmt and courteous. We said we would definitely use them again, but oh wait, we didn't have to because the fix they did two years ago is still working!
