First, Frank Riggio quoted quite a bit lower on the same model CHI door than another local garage door installer did. He arranged a date and time to come to do the install and stuck to that date and time. He called ahead to be sure we were home and gave us expected arrival times for quote and installation. He even came back the next day to caulk the perimeter of the garage trim. He did not add any additional costs to his original quote. Frank is professional and pleasant.
