We've lived…read moreoutside of Evergreen in the Echo Hills subdivision for 35 years and until last year they were the only towing service we've ever used. Now suddenly, if contracted through AAA, they say the road is not maintained and they can't service us unless an additional fee is charged. They never had a problem with the road when it was all dirt. Now it is mostly paved, and there's a problem? Excuse after excuse to not have to say we're greedy and AAA doesn't pay us enough. We put in a complaint with AAA, but I was angry enough to warn others of their lack of integrity. There's a nice, helpful company in Idaho Springs you can use instead, Big Daddy.

The canister-type oil filter was recently installed and done wrong. The O ring was caught in the grooves of the securing device and not in the o ring groove. They replace the filter element, added oil and got me sorted quickly. No messing around. Also, I had a screw in my tire--which I knew but forgot to tell them about. The technician saw that and repaired the tire without being asked. So, so helpful and done with initiative. All done very reasonably. Awesome! Thank you

I took my Dodge Charger there while home from college on winter break and they did an excellent service. It is a small place but quaint in every way. You know the place is proud and does good service when their front desk area has all sorts of cool posters, old cars, accolades, and memorabilia. I asked if it was getting time for an oil change, to take a look at my breaks, coolant, and exhaust to make sure the welds were holding. Turns out, I only needed the oil change and a little bit of coolant. They didn't try and upsell me on anything. They were very straightforward and extremely quick. Car was ready within an hour. Can't ask for better bang of the buck, bout $110 total after looking at everything. P.S. They filled my windshield wiper fluid up for free. Thanks Olde's!

I did not call Mile High Roadside Assistance…read more I called a 5-star rated local locksmith I found here on Yelp. I waited an hour in a retail parking lot. When the locksmith I called arrived, he told me it would be tricky to get into my car. While he was examining my drivers door and window, two other people in the parking lot were observing close by. After some time, one of them asked me if I needed help. At the same time, the other one retrieved a tool from their trunk, came to my passenger door, opened my door for me, put the tool back in their trunk and the two drove away before I could thank them. The locksmith then charged me. The two people who rescued me that day were Mile High Roadside Assistance. I now keep the number for Mile High Roadside Assistance with me. I will absolutely call them the next time I am stranded.
