On the night of January 14th, a snowstorm hit the foothills and as I tried to get home via Bear Creek canyon. Cars had slid off while trying to navigate the icy roads. I was finally about a mile and a half from home when I was trying to pass several cars that had slid off. Another driver was trying to negotiate that same curve and we ended up face to face. A driver from Bear Creek Towing was on the scene to try to pull out those cars. He approached me and asked me to try to move forward to allow the other cars to pass. As I did, I started to slide. He carefully and calmly guided me back and then I moved forward slowly to open up a path for the other cars to pass. He was calm and professional. A week prior I had needed a tow for this same vehicle that I was driving due to a mechanical failure and had I known of the professionalism of Bear Creek Towing, I would have called them for that service. Our car lost the alternator on a sub zero day in Conifer After trying AAA.... which we pay to belong to, and getting absolutely no where I called Bear Creek Towing Brian took care of us in short order.... My 2013 car died in Georgetown on the 15th of April. Ryan towed it down the hill to Morrison for us. He was compassionate, professional and extremely respectful of the vehicle. Conversation on the way down the hill was entertaining and engaging. He also spoke very highly of this company and was more than accommodating when we arrived home to place the car as we needed it positioned. I was on my way home late from work one night, when my car decided to die on the side of I-70 outside of Evergreen. I called Bear Creek Towing and talked to their owner Jeff. Even though it was very late at night, Jeff arrived within 45 minutes. He towed me to a shop in Evergreen and waited with me until my wife arrived. He was very kind and knowledgeable. Can't say enough good things about Bear Creek Towing! Our 1 ton pickup slid off our driveway after a snow storm with some ice. The owner was helpful over the phone, arrived 15 minutes early, and pulled out our truck slowly and carefully to prevent damage. It was great to have someone who could tell us what our cost would be over the phone and then stick to that once he arrived. We got into a collision on I70, so we called Bear Creek Towing very first because of their high rating. We were definitely not disappointed. They were very friendly and accommodating. This towing company is great! My transmission went out on the way to work today and my insurance company called these guys to help. They called me right away and told me how much it would be for the extra mileage and they came to get it really quickly. Yes this is as good as it gets, Brian picked me and my broken down car up exactly when he was scheduled, took extra care when loading the car on the flatbed and drove me to my destination in a nice and clean truck.
