I had to deal with 3 different employees over a package, one of whom told me she would put my package on hold until 4pm on Monday, so I could call Canada Post because I just found out after calling paypal that I had been scammed into sending an item I had for sale to someone who didn't intend to pay for it. When I called this location back again and told her what Canada Post said she gave me a different answer from Canada Post and told me to call them again and ask for a link to a form to print out and show her as proof because her supervisor said that's the correct policy. I called and was told by Canada Post to go to the location and pick up my package if its still there and just explain the situation about fraud and it shouldn't be a problem and to file a report with the Canadian Anti-Fraud Center, but there was no forms that I needed to show them. I went to the store and two other employees said that I can't get my package from them because it's now the property of Canada Post and that I will have to call them. They didn't even look through their bins to see if it was still there and told me to my face that it wasn't there, but when i called an hour ago to ask if it was there I was told "yes, it is still here"...even if it was there it seemed they had no intention of returning it to me even without a refund. They kept telling me to call Canada Post over and over and when I told them I had called Canada Post they just ignored what I said about the communication I had with Canada Post and told me to call Canada Post to send it back to me for another fee. Now I have to ask Canada Post to send the package back to me for an additional charge. This whole experience was so deeply humiliating and only made worse by the employees at the Canada Post sub. It was also extremely confusing to hear one answer from Canada Post and another answer from the sub everytime I called. If I were you I would just go to a regular Canada Post office and not a sub. read more
