I was loathe to use a local shop, thinking I'd be taken for a ride, as is the proper due for the unprepared summer traveller. However, I found great reviews of this shop and Steve. Bought a set of great tires at a totally fair price. He scheduled me at 1 and I was out of there by 2, with a few six packs in hand from the next door Harrika's Brew Haus (just go). Seeming like a admit of guilt, but it was only a day, this ain't an issue that fixes in a day, so not worth it at all. Came back and said I'd have to pay 1000 for the new part. ABSOLUTELY crazy price. They claimed it was not their fault and that it was the past autocare center that messed up the engine. Which happened 8 months ago?? So how the hell does that happen. Issue literally occurred a few days right after using their services. I would put 0 stars if I could. Do NOT recommend.

Now after the parts have "settled" in the popping is worse. Today they said the only way they would warranty out the struts, that totaled $3200 and included new tires, they would have to change the ball jounts for another $850. You would think that with all this front end work they would have seen this issue before replacing the struts or one of the other 4 times I had it in for the popping noise.
