Great coffee! Amazing breakfast burritos. My first time coming here and it's great. I got the chorizo burrito. It's grilled on the outside and really good tasting. I saw all the bad comments on here but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. I'm glad I did!! It was yummy. there's a sign that asks costumers to tell them if there's anything wrong and they'll fix it! I think these people just didn't express their concerns. Probably one of the best coffee shops in Stephenville. Got a hot americano. Espresso was good. Prices for simple drinks are really cheap. The shop interior seemed a little too dark for reading, but there were plenty of places in the cafe to sit. read more

This is a great place to go if you want to hang out (or God forbid, study), drink in-house roasted coffee, and eat some tasty food. They have my favorite pastries in town - bar none. Owners are great people, staff takes care of you, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Huge variety of hot dogs and toppings, but make sure you try "The Big Nasty." They also now offer, sandwiches, stuffed taters, paninis, smoothies, and salads. Good hours (differ in the Summer), free WiFi, and ample seating. Also, there's clothes shopping right in the same building, if you're into that sort of thing or need an excuse for your Mom to pay for your coffee. read more

This is a great place to grab lunch or a coffee. I have had few variations of the hot dogs and all of them have been delicious. I have had the chili potato is fantastic but my favorite is the new turkey pesto paninni. This a great atmosphere for studying with the free wifi and free refills on drinks and basic coffee. I was in town for a basketball tournament over at Tarleston State and I was looking for a spot to grab a quick bite to eat. This place certainly hit the spot. I had the chicken Ceasar sandwich with a tall hazelnut latte. The bread on the sandwich was so soft and fresh, the chicken was cooked perfectly, with melted Swiss cheese on top, and it was sitting on a bed of romaine lettuce mixed in Ceasar dressing. The latte was delicious as well. I must say I primarily drink tea because most coffee blends are too strong, however the blend used here is very smooth. This is the local coffee shop of choice in town. Locally owned and run with reliable wi-if, it's a favorite of many and a great alternative to Starbucks. Was not pleased with the pork baked potato. The potato was hard and I think was left over. It was gray/clear in color on the inside instead of being fluffy and white. The pork was also not fresh! It had a major Wang factor to it. Sad to say my meal was not good.... It wasn't even ok... It was really bad. But... The service was wonderful! Clean. And decorated wonderfully! Beans and Franks is a great little coffee shop here in Stephenville. The staff are always so nice and friendly. I don't order coffee here too often but I get lunch here every few weeks or so. Their hotdogs are very good! Their wifi doesn't seem to work very well though.. Which honestly sucks because I can't really get any work done with slow internet. But B&F is such a great place just to hang out, get a drink and relax. read more

This is a great place! The coffee is amazing and the food is fresh! It's also very spacious and has a section that's kind of "closed off." Perfect for study groups, meetings, or small get togethers. Just popped in. Very nice staff. Lovely facility. Ordered the big nasty and the Texas dawg for my dad. Took them to go. We were both extremely satisfied. Also ordered a cup of coffee and had the Ethiopian. Pretty good cup of joe. To put it over the top they would need to have some pour over options for they're coffee. They roast their own beans so if they would do a pour over method it would make their already good coffee even better. read more

Not really pleased with the food here. I was very impressed when I first arrived. Beautifully decorated, comfortable, overall vibe of being healthy and eco-friendly. It was not at all what I expected when I tried to imagine hotdogs and coffee being the two primary menu items. I was impressed with the beverage selection, and based on the atmosphere I was not surprised by the prices. We placed our orders and sat down to take in the lovely ambiance. It seemed like a great place to gather with friends. That's when we noticed the preachy music selection. Okay, not for everybody, but the place was still pretty comfortable. Then the food arrived. I had ordered a brisket hotdog and my boyfriend had ordered a salad. Sad hotdog, and WE'RE IN TEXAS but the brisket was like the stuff you get from a plastic bucket, with a texture somewhere between wax and jerky, all chopped up like kibble. The salad was equally disappointing. It was essentially a plain side salad. Definitely overpriced for the product. All looks. You pay for their decorating and air-conditioning. read more
