The lady who took my order was friendly, and all the staff were wearing masks. It took several minutes for our drinks to be ready, but they were very busy, and apologized for the wait. Sitting outside enjoying my starbucks cold brew after a LONG day at work! I couldn't get my app to add my new debit card, update my address, and then pay! The lady behind the counter was super nice and did not make me feel rushed at all. Then she suggested their cold brew after I told her about my long day and the fact I had a long drive back to Dallas. Their new nitro cold brew minus the sweet cream is super smooth, strong, and delicious. Got the coffee but had to ask for Pink stuff, nope all the gave is stevia or Splendaalso had to ask for cream. Breakfast was thrum on the counter and hollered our name. Had no idea that bread cane pre- packaged! It's always been just in the Starbucks bag. I've been to LOTS of Starbucks but this was the worst one. Fun little coffee shop! Yes, it's in the middle of no where. Well my friend you are wrong. This shop is on 377 that leads into DFW and what is priceless here is the down to earth folks! Yes, you might think it's fancy. We'll you are right but, the folks are what is priceless here! If only the folks at their home office could see! They have gotten my order wrong the last 5 times straight. They charge me for the extra stuff inside the drink, but then don't put it in. They've gotten sizes wrong as well. It's super disappointing to wait in a long line just to not get what I asked for. One time when I asked for a venti, I got grande and asked them to fix it. The girl just ended up putting extra whipped cream at the bottom of the cup, dumping the already made grande drink in, then topping it off with extra whipped cream. This location is pretty much your standard Starbucks. Expect to see long lines in the morning, just like every other location. However, the inside line always tends to move quicker than the car line. Quality is on par with the rest of the chain, and free wifi is always appreciated if you plan on staying awhile. read more

I walked up to the counter and stood. Started to seem awkward that I wasn't addressed even with one of the guys less than two feet away. Finally, the girl across the way spoke up and waited on me. The employees work fast and efficiently and the drinks are consistently great. Most of all, the customer service is top notch. The few times (in several years and many, MANY visits) they have gotten a drink wrong, they took care of it immediately and frequently insisted that we keep the extra drink at no charge. Over the years they have also had boxes set up so that people may leave coffee for them to send to U.S. troops. Pretty cool. Love this place! read more

So much more than coffee. This location is a frequent stop for me when I need a bite on the way to work. If you're stopping in for food, there's so much more than muffins. If you want something savory, you don't have to have meat. My morning order usually includes a spinach, feta and egg wrap, and my lunch includes the tomato panini. Both are fresh, tasty, and easy to eat while you're lunch traffic. They also have super friendly baristas, and I just love hearing "Come on down!" over the speaker when I put in my drive-thru order. read more

Well, we usually have no issues with this branch but today is a different story. I asked for a venti dragon fruit drink with coconut milk. The gal with the purple hair (because I didn't get her name) spilled it all over the counter. She then pushed that into the mix that didn't spill, put the "fruit" back inside the container and then proceeded to make more using the same stuff in the container that had the spilled items! I have lived in stephenville in my whole life and have never had a bad experience here until tonight. The service was absolutely terrible. I called to place an order and the barista willingly took my order over the phone at 10:20. I arrived at starbucks at 10:29, the barista did not come to the window until 10:31 and when I said I was there for my drinks she replied very rudely with, "I can't take your order" when I reminded her that I made my order over the phone she replied that I should have been there sooner to get my order and that I should try again tomorrow. I am a frequent customer here and to have such a rude barista really downgrades the entire experience and makes me reconsider if I should continue to give my service here. read more
