Small town bakery, providing big town style and quality…read more Coming from a big town like Toronto where I can pick the best of 75 bakeries in my neighbourhood, you might be tempted to "lower the bar" a little when travelling to northern BC, small mining town, trying to be a wilderness tourist destination (btw...it succeeds on all counts, but that is another post). Great flavours, great creations, great people. Now how can I get them to franchise in downtown Toronto? Both savouries and sweets are tasty. I can personally vouch for the puff pastry, tomato cheese savouries plus numerous other sweet treats. Final question...how can a croissant outside of Quebec taste this good?
