John at Minte is AWESOME!!!…read more I've been to this business once before when their location was at Tyson's mall. My experience then was just as awesome as this time around at their new suite. I recently thought about going back for a refresh and fortunately their new spot wasn't to far from me. With just an hour appointment, you walk in with a dull smile and out with pearly whites! In my personal experience, the results are indisputable and worth every penny! This new location is inside an unmarked business tower in Arlington proper, in one of those salon suites with a different small businesses in each door. Not hard to find but awfully cozy! John makes the appointment enjoyable with a fantastic bedside manner and service! If you are looking for a quick whitening fix don't hesitate to book! You may have minor sensitivity but nothing that doesn't clear up by the next day and by then you comfort yourself with a nice bright smile!

I am new to the DMV area and only chose this place for a teeth whitening service because my friend…read moresaid she had gone before. I do not play about my teeth/ health/ hygiene AT ALL! And that is the reason I am advising you to steer clear of this place. First off, it is the middle of flu season and the hygienist (John) did not have a mask on even though my mouth was wide open (obviously) during this entire service. He was talking to me while applying the whitening treatment, and all I could think about was how many saliva particles were likely being transmitted smh. Then, to make matters worse, he re-used the same gloves after each whitening application(there are three applications in the service); like, gloves cannot be that expensive my guy- smh!! When everything was said and done and the treatment was complete, my bottom gums were white, and he told me that it was just residue from the whitening solution and that it would be gone by the morning. Well, in the morning, the white residue turned into burns; yes, my gums were burnt AND BLEEDING!! I texted their office to bring this to their attention, and as you can see in the message, all they could say to me was "this is normal, it happens a lot, and 'I'm sorry this happened to you.'" I've had my teeth whitened in the past and usually, hygienists apply a barrier to your gums before applying the whitening treatment to avoid these kind of reactions and sensitivities. Do yourself a favor: SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO THE PROFESSIONALS!

I work outdoors, so my skin tone changes constantly depending on the season and sun exposure. After researching, I found The Bronze Collective and hoped for the best -- and I was honestly blown away. From the moment I walked into the beautifully decorated studio, I felt welcomed. Stefani greeted me right away and took the time to really get to know me. We talked through my skin tone, lifestyle, and goals, and together came up with a plan to achieve the exact look I wanted. She explained every step of the process, made sure I was comfortable the entire time, and was the ultimate hype woman when I told her I was getting the tan for my engagement photos. When photo day came (24 hours after the tan), I was absolutely obsessed with how I looked -- and so was my fiancé! She has really went above and beyond with professionalism and customer service as a new client. Upon arrival, make sure you are at the right side of the building , you have to pass the first lobby and then you will see the dental sign. The office was very clean, high end technology and everyone who worked there was friendly. There was no wait upon check in (which is almost rare with any doctors office), my hygienist was friendly and knowledgeable! &&& *drumroll* , the dentist came in right as I finished also with no wait. Dr. Kim presented with great bedside manner. He was personable , professional , very honest in answering questions pertaining to other procedures without a "pushy must do" attitude and I was definitely in and out in under an hour. And yes, for those who care, you do get dental goodie bags! I'm glad I was able to get in as a new client and even booked my next 2 appointments for next year due to a last minute cancellation . It took 12 visits for Dr. Henry to replace one crown that I'm not even sure needed to be replaced…read more The first replacement took four visits because the color wasn't right. Then, at my annual exam, he told me it had been installed incorrectly and offered to replace it at no charge. That replacement took another eight visits. The temporary cracked three times, I had to go to a dental lab in Springfield twice for color matching, and the final crown was wrong and had to be redone. Look, I get it -- humans make mistakes and sometimes things happen that are out of our control. But 12 visits? If you've never had a crown, this is not a normal experience. I've also had concerns about their billing. On one occasion, I was quoted one amount for unrelated dental work, then later received a bill with additional charges. When I called for an explanation, I was told the person who gave me the quote was no longer employed there and had given me the wrong pricing. Convenient. At my last cleaning, I also specifically asked the hygienist not to use the water sprayer because I'm sensitive to the vibration. She used it anyway, despite my request, and it was very uncomfortable. That said, I did have one very positive experience a few years ago when I chipped a front tooth. They saw me the next day as an emergency patient, and a different dentist in the practice repaired it beautifully. Despite that one positive experience, I will not be returning.
