I personally think this is the best entrance if your not familiar with these outdoor shops. The main Rd will take you to busiest store "Walmart". Wonderful walk ways. From Pet Store supplies to Boutiques. You'll find lots of casual dinning. From Party City to A Dollar Tree$ Across Peacock Blvd on West side of these shops is a newly opened Texas Rd House. Massage Envy to pamper your muscles & relax your tension. Very good Greek food with dancers on weekends across PSLW Blvd(on South Side of Rd). We'll all do the best we can & overcome this. As a store that sells large items like rugs and furniture as well as large art and large potted…read morefake plants, the fact that they don't allow you to take the shopping cart outside is asinine! Also, the fact that they encourage you to leave your items inside or on the curb and then bring your car into the fire lane is even worse. Imagine blocking the fire truck from tending to an emergency while you are loading your items!! I believe wholeheartedly that this is something that needs to change. It's like saying to your customers, "we got you while you're inside spending your money with us but as soon as you have made your purchases, you're on your own!" They have no one helping you put things in the car, they don't care if it's raining, if your items get stolen, if you have a full cart...that's not their business. And that to me is insane! Burlington you really need to care more for your customers. Watching your elderly customers trying to lug huge bags to their cars is not a good look for you as a corporation. Hire a cart person!! Collect your carts! It's that's simple. I also had an experience with a so called manager. There was an item that was a little damaged. It still worked though. I had been looking for one for a long time and so I decided to get it and have my hubby fix it. It was full priced though and it was the last one. I know that in this situation the store will give a small discount so I asked the cashier. She called the manager. He arrived, she told him the issue. He said NOTHING just angrily punched in the 10% discount as if it was being taken from his personal pocket right then and there. I thanked him and he huffed away without uttering one word. Zero customer care at all!!! It's not like I was being rude or mean...I just knew that we'd have to make a repair to the item so cut the customer some slack! There should have already been a clearance sticker on the item to begin with.

They get super angry if one of the giant Walmart carts blocks part of the aisle. Everyone seems to be scowling. The woman in front of me while I was exiting refused to show her receipt and went off on a tirade at the beleaguered employee that it was "ILLEGAL!!!" to ask her for a receipt and stormed out.

The traffic in this shopping area can definitely be hit or miss, and I don't necessarily feel like it's the first place everyone thinks of when they want to go shopping since so many people head straight to Tradition. But I've found some AMAZING things here, including some seriously over-the-top items that get me way too excited! I usually gravitate toward the shoe section. Sometimes it's absolutely packed with so many great options that I can't decide what to get, and other times...there's not much happening at all. Their handbag section is usually pretty good. The jewelry selection is nothing special, the clothing is just okay, and the home section is somewhere in the middle. This is usually my first stop before getting back on I-95 and heading over to Tradition for TJ Maxx and homeSense. I actually enjoy making the little drive from one location to the next--it gets my daily walking, and of course, I'm always hoping to find something good along the way! Today, I got my hair done at Ulta and then simply walked right next door to Marshalls. There are a couple of other shopping options in the area, and there's even a Ross further down, although I never really go there. Parking is plentiful, although the whole shopping center can be a little chaotic. Overall, though, I'm VERY happy to have this Marshalls so close to me. You never know what you're going to find, and that's half the fun!
